Do you coat your avocados in "apeel" or plan to in the future? I'm very concerned about this new, untested substance being foisted on the public. Your farm is beautiful. What a blessing to grow avocados as a family endeavor. Thank you for sharing.
Great question and thank you for commenting. Growers do not do any processing of the avocados. That would be up to the handler/shipper based on their customer requests. I just bought 6 avocados in a mesh bag from Mexico. The ones standing alone are squeezed and pinched by shoppers. I bought them at Shoppere Drugs here in Davie Village Vancouver, Canada.
