oh man that last third really got me. it only really clicked how perfect this song choice was when the transmission completed and jyn and cassian were making their way down, because they really were sending out flares for the rebellion to find.
Wonderful video! ❤ I think this movie is amazing and exciting, and we can see how many lives were sacrificed for the destruction of Death Star. And the Jyn&Cassian relationship is so beautiful and heartbreaking. 😢
He knew she was going to die, and he chose to die with her. Their sacrifice helped the rebellion, but I believe for him it was more about being there for her till his last breath. It just so happens that with his support, they did something that helped save an entire galaxy.
What a missed opportunity!!!! It literally says "someone's out there" in the song and Jyn says "someone's out there" in the movie!!! This video was so beautiful! I loved the editing! This song can fit for the entire movie!!! "Did you find it hard to breath" fits with Krennic and "did you cry so much that you could barely see" fits with Jyn, etc, etc. PLEASE!!! Do another tribute to Rogue One with Flares!!! It's sooo beautiful!!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Why does it always have to end with kissing? Why do the two characters always need to fall in love instead of being great friends? Why do we overromanticize love? So many questions, so few answers.
For me, part of the beauty of Jyn and Cassian was that they probably would have been a couple, had there been more time. What we have instead is a lovely friendship.
sometimes no kiss is more emotional than a kiss. because we know what a kiss signifies. but no kiss.... that's trust, that's INTAMACY which means so much more to these two. it's not like we don't know EXACTLY what's going through their mind on that elevator ride down....what's been unspoken between them ever since "welcome home"
