It’s so weird when I first started listening to Stray Kids & BTS I had such a hard time telling the members apart. Now I don’t know how I couldn’t tell them apart, lol. You’re not the only one and it will get easier. ❤

I am surprised at how many you got wrong. You identified JK, but you got everyone else wrong, and they do not look alike. I am a 70 year old white female American. They are all very different. It's time to do some homework 😆. Thanks for trying.

It’s okay. It just takes time. It’s hard early on because they all constantly change their hair color. Your ear will start to hear the difference, you will be able to distinguish their faces and you will learn the way each of them move. Just keep at it. 😊💜

For new people it'll take time to get to fit the names with faces. The one with the hat backwards was Jhope
I had a hard time telling J-Hope and Suga apart in the beginning, so don't worry. It's always fun to watch your reactions 😂.
Most of us took a littlecwhile to learn who was who, who the rappers were, the singers, and the main dancers. Also the different voices and how they dance.

This was fun to watch. We all struggled in the early days. I used to struggle with V and JK.. so hard to believe. Try watching Tiny Desk Concert. It's a wonderful performance, I'm pretty sure you can react to it (they recorded it during the pandemic) and it's a great way to see them up close and learn their faces. The order they are sitting in from left to right is J-Hope, Suga, JK, V, Jin, RM, and Jimin. I would also recommend Carpool Karaoke with James Corden which you can't react to but should still watch because it's awesome, and again a great way to learn who the boys are and fall more in love with them!!!

It doesn't get blocked she's an editor and did it for her colleagues and it is so well put together. She's working on a part 2 with their solo work, but yeah, it would help with identifying the boys. You're fun though. Nice to see that you watch lots of genres and styles of music! Stay versatile.

Omg im rolling at these guesses. You'll get it, they don't look alike though. I think I saw someone recommend run bts, it shows their personalities, which might help you identify them.
OK, I know I'm late to this, but here's who's who:
-- bucket hat = RM
-- backwards baseball cap = j-hope (who you thought was RM)
-- gray outfit = Jimin (who you thought was j-hope)
-- all-black w/hair pulled back = SUGA (who you thought might be RM)
-- 77 long-sleeved shirt = Jin
-- Nike track suite = Jung Kook (which you got right)
-- fringe jacket = V
watch a guide instead, you’ll never learn them like this on your own unless you spend two or more weeks watching and listening to them.

In the Butter video they hold up a sign with their names but the best way to differentiate is to recognize their voices bec they don't sound alike. So watch some live performances, like Tiny Desk or Fix You.
It took me a long time to tell them apart too so I get it. My daughter would laugh at me like "How do you not know". One of the things you can tell Jimin by listening to the music is he normally sings in a higher register and uses a "vocal cry" I believe its called when he sings (he is the one with the colored hair in this one that you thought was J-hope). RM is in the bucket hat. J-hope has the olive colored hat and shirt. The other guy with the whitish hat is V, You got Jungkook correct. Jin is in the Maroon colored shirt with the numbers on it. Suga is in the all black.

Why should they be inspired by Jabbawockez? Just because they are Asian? BTS has been doing dancing for a long time. Some of them much longer. They a group that does it all.

While you have been reacting to them for close to two months, unless you are watching things between reactions, your exposure to the guys is the equivalent of only a few days, if that. Don't worry overly much about it. It will come in time. Six months from now you will not know how you got them confused! 😊 For me it was easier to see the differences in photos than to try to see the differences in videos. The videos help if you can tell the voices apart. Good luck, but most of all, have fun!! 💜🫰

Also: Here's how I grouped them; I had no trouble with RM. Jimin & Suga's faces. To me they just looked different/individual. To me Jin looked like JK, V, & Jhope. 3 of them have big juicy lips. They are Jin, RM & Jimin. I could pick Jin out from others because of his big juicy lips compared they others I thought he looked like. Then, who's tall. Back then, RM was the tallest. V had a square smile and a thin body frame. Jimin & Suga are the shortest of the group. Jhope had perfect teeth. JK now has lip piercing & full sleeve of tattos.
I would recommend that you find better close up pics of each BTS member as a reference point. Then, when you watch the videos, pause and zoom in when you see them on screen so that you can check your reference pic and figure out who is who. The second guy is V (real name Kim Taehyung). The third guy is Jimin. I had to do this when I first got into BTS just because they constantly change their hair colors and styles. Now I can recognize them no matter what
If it’s ok I would like to recommend another group to you. I love your reaction videos and I would love to see what you have to say about the group seventeen. They are great dancers and are super synchronized. Please check them out and see if you like them.
Bruhhh!!!!!!! For me identifying them was lil hard for the first couple days but then it was really easy now I can even identify their hands, fingers and even their shadows. All you need to do is observe them more you've watched many videos but you don't observe their features...........

I found tryimg to work out who the rappers were first helped. Obviously you know its one of the rapline when they come in with there verse. RM is the tallest and has deepest voice out of the 3, Suga is the shortest of the 3 and has the savage cadence to his flow, J-Hope i find has a more melodic rap and he is also one of the main dancers with no bones.
When it comes to the vocal line, it seems your getting JK down but its still difficult to recognise him in older videos, but he is the main vocal and tends to be in the centre alot. He has a great vocal range from lower to higher register.
Jimin is another Main dancer he hits everything on point but is more graceful than J-Hope. He is the shortest of the vocal line amd tends to sing in his higher register and sounds like an angel. In the earlier days he sang a bit on the lower register and had some grit to the texture of his voice
V is the baritone of the group and has the low, deep, smooth soul voice. He can also hit some pretty high notes as well. Hes about the same height as JK.
Jin is the tallest out of the vocal line. I would say his range is similar to JK, but were JK can be breathy and angelic like Jimin, jin is more the powerhouse. Watch for the vein popping in his neck when he goes for them high notes lol
Dont worry about still getting names wrong. Most of us used to go by hair colour because we all thought they looked the same, but because they changed it so often we learnt we were never going to identify them that way. Once you do get who is who, its hard to imagine how you ever thought they looked alike.
We only need to see an eye or lips or nose or a mole to identify them now 🤣
Keep working on identifying them. Initially, it is hard, especially When their hair color was changing a lot l o l. Once you do get it though, you will never mistake them and will be able to tie. Identify them from far away

It's funny you say the Jabawookeez because back in the day, people used to say BTS were actually the Jabawookeez. It didn't help that you'd never see them promoting or working at the same time. It's a compliment to both crews/teams. Run Bulletproof Dance: (At the beginning of the song: Suga says, Okay, Okay and then the guy is JK and next guy is V, then Jimin, JHope in center, in Baseball jersey during the hook. Rapping in black is Suga, RM is in the bucket hat, V catches scarf, Jin sings with scarf. Suga comes to the front during Run Bulletproof, then you fast forwarded the video.
Here's the deal, they are all have swag, they are all overly talented, they are all the pretty boy and they are all the Michael of the group. JK is in his time. They have gone 1 by 1 and JK is last to present his solo career.
JK is the Calvin Klein global brand ambassador. Jimin is the brand ambassador for Tiffany & Dior. Suga is the brand ambassador for the NBA. They all have major deals with major Brands besides the deals they have as BTS.

I’m not at all surprised at how many you got wrong. You have not listened to their music enough to recognize their distinctive voices. You haven’t been uploading as many BTS videos. Of course the more you watch, the better you will be at recognizing them. I also didn’t know their names in the beginning. You’re just in that early stage. Listening to their voices helped me. Maybe you can focus on that instead of their looks.

Lol it hurts to watch!! I’m so cringing cuz this was me way back when😂it’s okay…you’ll get em right sooner or later. Just some friendly advice though: don’t state matter-of-factly which one is which unless you know for sure (like you know JK for sure). You can always ask and believe me, ARMY will guide you. Some little tips that helped me: RM gots them dimples that will end us all. J-hope has no bones (he moves so fluidly) and heart shaped lips. His laugh is so contagious! Suga is Suga. Vicious rapper lol. Jimin has that unique sound. Him and J-hope can both move but he’s a little shorter (don’t tell him that tho🤭). V has the deeper voice. It’s a rich smooth sound. He’s also got long slender fingers and unique eyes. You already know JK. Jin is the oldest, one of the tallest, and ages backwards. We’re convinced he’s a vampire lol. He also has an amazing voice, lotsa high notes. Him and RM aren’t too far from each other in height but Jin is slim and Joonie (Namjoon/RM) is muscular. These little things helped me in the beginning. Hope that helps you a little. I’m sure other ARMYs have their ways of telling them apart. If you watch enough practice vids, you’ll be a pro in no time. Almost every baby ARMY boo-boo’d their names for a good minute. It’s cute to watch you learning and nice that you care to💜

The 1st person that you know is Jungkook/JK. The one with white cap is V and one with JK is Jimin. And the one who tie hair is Yoongi/Suga. The with bucket cap is RM and the one with cap backward is JHOPE and with the red t-shirt is JIN
U should also look into what the lyrics and songs mean. It’s cool cuz it has meaning like there’s a part of the song where jhope calls out each member and the fact that RM is on the pedestal in the center reminds us he’s our fearless leader. I’m a 53 yr old Latina grandma and I’m hooked on them
