How can I establish Khilafah at home? Should I tax my family with zakat? what about the hudood? Conquer the bedroom, then the living room, then the kitchen, and finally the Bathroom, to establish justice in them!? The analogy is flawed. The whole purpose of Khilafah is to live without oppressions by establishing the COMPLETE Deen of Allah! To live like Believers COMPLETELY,! To obey Allah COMPLETELY! To worship him ALONE! How are we going to do this in our home when the Law doesn't allow the COMPLETE/ENTIRE Deen of Allah. (Our home is in Kuffar countries with Kuffar and Taghoot laws). This Analogy of Khilafah at Home is filled with Fallacy. It does not make any logical sense, I feel as if it is just something used to not really answer the question and to run away from the topic of Khilafah. I think Sheikh needs to remind himself what Khilafah really is and what it really means. And why were the Sheikhs and average layman people in the begining of the video laughing at the question/questioner? This indeed is a very important question that needs answering from Ullamah/Scholars who don't truly fear anyone except their Rabb, Allah! One should be ashamed to make his Muslim brother feel less (bad/negative feelings), by laughing at him for just asking a Question. May Allah guide everyone who deserves guidance, Allahumma Ameen!

Answer- laughed(making mockery on the political system of islam) Genuine answer- islam is a political system and the shaikh said that implement it in home first, how can khilafah be implemented in home, its a political system which has its own laws and rulings which leads directly to AQEEDAH. 2ND- shaikh said (allah will not change the condition of those who don't change whatss within themselves) Answer- look I have a mug(imagine that mug to be human) and it contains mud and some thermacol balls inside it, now get pure water and pour it in that jug(human) , will u try to drink it, no right, until and unless the mud is thrown and balls as well and the jug is cleaned and refilled again with pure water, now the water is the pure concepts of islam, and the impurities in jug were the the kufr concepts like nationalism, democracy, secularism, patriotism, idealism, etc.. So allah says in that ayah, change what is within yourself first which means remove the filth which is there inside you like kufria concepts and when this happens allah will change the condition of them, and also remember Our political, economic system, judicial system, and social system is eminated from AQEEDAH ITSELF, that's makes ISLAM an IDEOLOGY with a basis of AQEEDAH. When it comes to implement islam it comes about implementing the aqeedah wholly.
The treaty of Hadaibia was a masterstroke by Prophet Muhammad, because what was advised to Sahabas who returned to Mecca was after they settle in Mecca, the promise is fulfilled and they could do as pleased , so they didnt stay in Mecca but left and rebelled against Meccans by even attacking Caravans until Meccans got so tired and send envoy to Medina that Prophet should take the rebel Muslims to Medina. It was not a compromise it was a masterstroke ofcourse because Prophet was guided by Allah Subhanawata'aallah. Regarding people not accepting Khilafa if comes now, that is true but isnt that a good filter to know who truly submits to Allah and who doesnt? If a person rejects Shariah of Allah he is a Kaafir anyone disagrees? I hope not. So the people who wont accept will flee to areas where laws of Taghut are, what difference does that make? After Abu Bakr May Allah have mercy on him became the Khalifa, there were so many rebellions and did it say you know what lets accept their terms, we must be inclusive? No he fought them all and had everyone who rebelled defeated. Riddah wars. Why we dont have Khilafah now is because of the Nation States that have submitted to United Nations and leaders , presidents, prime ministers, dictators, kings, who have hold of Muslim Nation States are all serving West for the worldly benefits they receive from selling their deen. And anyone who opposes them is considered terrorist by west and khwarij by their paid sheikhs. Isn't that the reality? But Allah says there will always be one group on that path of truth who will be ready to sacrifice their lives for the deen of Allah, and prophet talked about strangers, Ghuraba. Inshallah those Ghuraba will receive help of Allah and will emerge and destroy all falsehood until Deen is only for Allah. May Allah make us among the Shuhada who die in honor sacrificing their lives, their wealth, their health, only for the sake of Allah. Aameen.

Albani said if you want shariah outside of you bring it inside of you 1st, then to your family, then others step by step, if enough ppl do this then. Hadith says seek knowledge is fard. Also Sura Asr 103 says be patient. If you try to lift 800 pounds but your max is 200 you will only injure so be patient upon the pillars then extend. It's like the Shahada is the central pillar of a tent. The 5 pillars of Islam help grow a person throughout there life. 1. Shahdah - We are born on fitrah... 2. 5 Salat - Hadith command to pray at 7 and be firm at 10. Protects from znuh in Quran 29 :45 3. Ramadan Fasting - at maturity for taqwa, guard chastity, prior nikah, so one can learn halal money fiqh. 4. Zakat - naturally after fiqh of halal money, Zakat blesses our property and helps other. 5.
