I don't think it matters what people wear but being male or female is a reality that no medication or surgery can change. I should not be forced to partake in someone's belief over reality.
But the majority of these people are paid actors or performers ? Surely if this was a needed change within virgin they could have used staff as models? I fly LOADS with virgin London to Johannesburg and I've never came across any cabin crew who are portrayed in this video.

One year later and they are leaving bolts off airplane panels. Maybe the safety inspector was wearing a skirt and quite naturally didn't want to have to climb ladders that day. That's okay. The problem was fixed by moving the remaining bolts about so there was not such a big gap without bolts. Geniuses at Virgin Atlantic Airlines.
One less airline to choose from.
I don't see any reason why people should be so offended by men wearing skirts. I think these people need to sit down and think about why this is triggering their negative feelings. No one will be hurt by men wearing skirts, in much of the world men already wear skirts and dresses.

Yeah, I'm not taking part in some strange man's fetish and if he lacks the self control to keep this on his own personal time, I don't trust him to fly me anywhere. Also not taking part in the gender confusing language. That isn't the world I want for my kids and grandkids.
That's wassup. Gendered dress codes don't really hold any importance so it's not that important to enforce. Plus there's the added bonus of being boycotted by the exact type of people who would attack someone for the way they dress so it's a win win for everyone.
