Firesteel 2.0 Scout

Light My Fire has upgraded and improved their well known "scout" model firesteel. I will show you a detailed review of the upgrades and also a demo using the product. Retail price is $12.95. This is a well made and very functional piece of fire starting gear.

Excellent review! I really like the improvements for the 2.0 model. I never minded the handle on the rod, but I like the new one. The stryker is a significant improvement, and I love the addition of the whistle. Thumbs up!

Great review brother! I too was not aware that there had been an upgrade & it seems like the changes are an improvement to an already great fire starter.

I bought one at Gander Mountain yesterday. I tried to light some paper with it and couldn't get it to catch. It makes a ton of brights sparks!
