  • Welcome to the third of Holly Stoppit's Clown Workouts.
In this video, Holly will guide you through a little warm up, before guiding you through an exercise to explore 'clocking,' a technique used in clowning to make direct audience contact. After this, you'll be given a task to explore creating problems and finding solutions with objects.
You can share a photo of your most ridiculous moment in our facebook group at the end.

About Clown Workouts- Daily exercises for Clowns in isolation
Welcome to Clown Workouts. Your funny bone is a muscle that needs to be worked out like any other. To get you though the coronavirus pandemic, your team of professional clown provocateurs, will be posting daily clown tasks to help you stay connected with your playfulness, wherever you are. Expect invitations to play, tools for clown devising, explorations of upside-down problem solving, guided grounding meditations, clown drawing, clown dancing, clown cookery and of course, dressing up...
You can post stupid selfies or even short video clips of the results.
Clown Workouts is headed up by professional idiots, Robyn Hambrook and Holly Stoppit, with extra special guest idiots also providing play prompts along the way. We want this to be a space for you to play, connect and share your creative hilarity.
