"Talking white" is only a thing in the US, because other countries' main cultural and linguistic differences aren't drawn along racial lines. The fact that you have race-based dialects in the US is pretty unusual.
Agreed I'm black and french and in french, there are a "ghetto" way of speaking but thats not limited to only one race.

Since it's so common to be half white and half ( or a little more) native blood, this is the usual look for latin people in media- so we're more represented by the culture we carry. The color of your skin does not affect the tone of your voice. Your upbringing does. A black person most likely grew up in a black family who spoke with a tone and grammar diffrent than a white family or other races. The guy who looked mixed most likely grew up in a family with a black and a non black parent.
I think a voice can tell a lot about the color of someone's skin, even how light they are. Even light whites sound different than tan whites.
The color of your skin and the tone of your voice come from your genes, so it would make sense to be able to determent one with the other.
***** It would be harder compared to finding the different between light black people and dark black people, but would be possible. I think I could get quite a few people to agree with me that light black and dark black is something you can tell with a person's voice. It's not the most accurate, but it does work.

You don't get it. The racial/biological part is only responsible for the pitch and depth of voice. The tone and the STYLE of talking is a cultural thing.
Blacks in the US have not been assimilated into the main culture and have their own post-African post-slavery (non-educated) culture, therefore they speak in their own way.

Go to England, get a black dude and a white dude of similar educational backgrounds (yes education does make a difference) and you’ll hear the same thing. In the U.S. people “talk black”, like they are from the “hood”. That does not mean the two races sound different, it means that they grew up in different backgrounds and situations making their vocabulary mostly different
