I love LOVE Minox cameras. I have my circa 1981 LX in perfect working order. I also have the precious Enlarger Model II and other accessories. I cut my own Minox film and enjoy my camera to the full. Mr. Zapp's invention, for me, is one of the milestones in photography, never equalled. Thanks for keeping the legend alive for ever, as long as this planet exists. Greetings from Colombia,
A shame he had to wait 40 years for the recognition he deserved, it always seems to be the case that great inventors only get recognition either late in their life or after they have died.
Film & TV Walter Zapp is still well remembered by very many more people than you might think :-) He was a true genious, and is revered for his state-of-the-art innovations.
Thanks for your comment Eduardo! We are pleased to see that there are still quite a few MINOX 8x11 fans all over the world. We have high hopes that the films will be available again very soon. Please have a look at our website from time to time to find out when.
We will continue to support the film format as long as there is interest in these masterpieces! However, we do not produce the films anymore. They are produced by a partner in the USA. 8x11 films are also available through a company in Japan. For more information, just visit our website.
We are very pleased to have found yet another fan of our classic 8x11 cameras! Please know that films are available in the USA and Japan. If you need more information, please feel free to visit our website.
I've always been very fond of the Minox subminiature cameras. Where, if possible, can I find a Minox B? Even though I'm 23, I prefer old rather than modern day stuff. Very informative video.
Unfortunately, we do not have any 8x11 cameras on stock. You can find used cameras in various online sales portals, or maybe even in local used camera stores. There is a wonderful "revival" of analogue cameras, so there should be plenty of sources online 😁
That is my grandgrandfather, he was the best man of the world and i lovet him soooo much.. Rest in peace!! You are great!! -3 -3
Great voice

Minox cameras are truly fascinating. I use one daily and shoot several rolls a week. I very much would have liked to have met Hr. Zapp.
+Oskar Barnack We are pleased to read about your deep interest in your camera, and especially that you still use it! Thanks for the comment.

Depending on where you live, you can have the film developed, but not at MINOX anymore. Please ask at bluemooncamera.com/. Maybe you can be helped 😊
