This one is so cruel and beneath Whackhead's normal standard. If I was the buyer the first thing would be is to confirm with the police and/or to see if the place is cordoned. It's a fake prank as are others.
I don't like a joke involving death
Some of the pranks sounds like they are staged, using someone that was used in other prank as well.
This guy sounds like the guy whackhead phoned regarding his high English.
In this clip, this guy used the word "resided" which is not a common word in South Africa.

You do understand that they disguise the voice of anyone who isn't working on the radio? Most people sound the same because of this
