- While up north, we grabbed Project Minion for a quick sound test and comparison of the CanAm Accessory Yoshimura exhaust against the 1HP gaining MBRP Slip-On exhaust. Which do you like best?

I got a 2021 Outlander 850 Max XT with the yoshimura but I’m so in love with the sound it has when you floor it! Thanks! From Cape Breton!
Did it increase the power? Did you have it flashed or install a tuner?
I like the yoshi. Has a smooth sound to it where as the Mbrp has a bit more of a gutted/ raspy sound to it. Interesting to see how close they are decibal wise. I also think the yoshi looks pretty awesome I think I’m going to order one. Great video guys, thanks.
40 years old & I still laughed when he said he likes pipes. 😆
Did you removed a spark arrestor on the yoshimura exhaust?
As long as it isn’t stock it’s ok by me 🤘🏻
Did the yoshi have the spark arrestor in?
It’s really hard to tell in video, is either pipe deeper and raspier than the other? Both sound good though!
I would say the MBRP is raspier, both have a good deep thump
Hey man. Is that the Mbrp sport muffler? If so where did you buy yours and what’s the price? I’m from mb and bought same 650 xmr you have a few months ago
Sorry for the late reply, buy them direct from MBRP
Nice sounding machines. Where up north you guys located?
Ontario!
I have a cottage up in port mcnicoll that's why I was asking. Your street looks familiar lol.
is the yoshi louder than stock
Would the mbrp fit on a 2024 850 outlander?
Yoshimura all the way!
They ended up being quite close eh? I'm not picking which I like at this point, dont want the other pipe to feel bad. Lol
We all know which one you liked best :D
@@koomafloo9946 I CANT CHOOSE.
Does dirty life carry both? What are the price differences between the three you compared ? Also are these all just slip ons or full systems? I have so many questions lol
@@texasandlarissawheeler9851 They do carry both! Can ship anywhere. Header pipes are also available. As far as price you're best off calling in or looking up your machine on dirtylife.ca
@@texasandlarissawheeler9851 yep dirty life carries both! Pricing wise, I believe MBRP is the most affordable, with the Yoshi next and RJWC taking top place. The Yoshi and MBRP are just slip on, with the Yoshi and MBRP not requiring a tuner. Let me know if you go MBRP!
Would a Mbrp fit a sport quad like a 2019 TRX250X?
Get a hmf for a sport quad
Good stuff. Probably going with mbrp. Thanks
No problem!
Just curious if you know or did the test against a stock exhaust?
We didn’t, but it is much quieter with a stock pipe.
So, how do I watch 2 different videos and when it comes to the drive by, the same exact wording and cars drive by
Which are you referring to? We did use the drive by for different comparisons.
@Koomafloo I watched 2 videos, this one and the rjwc video I believe it was. And there is a part in the video when the same exact cars go by and one of you guys says the same exact words it's weird.
@@hydro_rebel7741 yep didn’t bother filming the Mbrp section twice.
Do you need a reflate for the mbrp
No
I think i like the MBRP better.
Which ever the one cost less is the winner in this case because they both sound the same.
That would be MBRP at this point.
I just slapped on a glasspack. Sounds about the same lol
Be careful you don't run lean and cook anything!
Koomafloo thanks for the heads up! Actually, the ecm is going out for a reflash😎 it’s funny cause inside the glasspack looks just like the inside of the high dollar slip ons lol
@@NiteHawk861 awesome I hope it works well!
Will the mbrp fit the 2020 850xrm?
Yes it will!
