I replaced my Exhaust for Outlander 450 DPS 2022, it fits perfectly. I got kind of concerned 😟 when the exhaust heated up it had the smell and light smoke coming out the Exhaust. Thanks for the video
It's always good to watch a removal by someone else first. Even a rather simple task such as this. As for me I'm sort of going the opposite direction. I'll stay with the stock exhaust, and looking into adding thermal barrier sound insulation to various body and heat shield panels surrounding the engine and exhaust. I find the gearbox is rather noisy so want to muffle that to some extent. I've heard the higher quality gear oils like 75w/140 GL-5 from Amsoil and Royal Purple help with the gear noise slightly as well. I do think the engine and exhaust sounds good in itself so will make no changes there, but items like the heat shielding are an opportunity for extra heat mitigation and sound insulation if there is space.
