Awesome. Excellent juggling. One of the best in the world is a bit of an overstatement, and contact juggling covers a much, much wider range. But it's great to see him, and the art get exposure. Acrylic is not only "not fragile" but it's more likely to break the concrete than the concrete break it!
@tristenhernandez surprisingly 1 of 3 things. 1: the ground below is damaged and the ball is left intact. 2: the ball is scuffed. 3: both the ground and the ball are damaged, but only minimally. Those things are quite hard to break!
I don't practice Contact Juggling. I've tried a few times just for fun but as you may think, this requires a huge amount of time to practice and i don't have too much free time available at this moment. For everyone who's practicing keep it up, don't quit and dedicate for real into doing this !
Oh my god. Okotanpe is my freaking hero. I didn't know he was so popular! I've watched all of his videos and he's the reason I started learning contact juggling. I am a total fangirl for Okotanpe! (despite being male, lol)
I am a professional contact juggler, and I have only seen one broken one time, and it was under extreme circumstances because the person was trying to break it. When you drop them on cement, they bounce because they are similar to bullet proof glass.
@guitarplaya1990 When i first saw fushigi i thought it was a disgrace to the name of contact juggling. Our skills are more than just simple parlor tricks that any first timer can master.
@UnusVolatiliAngelus I'm not saying its a gimmick. I'm saying it's the same thing as the fushigi. the fact that there's no metal ball in the middle, doesn't take anything away from the illusion they both try to portray.
okotanpe is the best. Making it look like nothing at all I know how to do it but damn hes good. As they say practice to experience and experience to skills.
@crazy Actually for the movie labyrinth david bowie didn't do the tricks, the best contact juggler in the world ast the time if not the creator I dont remember did it for him. They made special costumes so he could put his arms threw around david bowie. Doing the tricks he did in the movie while wearing the gloves and not being able to see......insane...but this guy in amazing too
@lupischuckle I respect your opinion but have you ever tryed this ? It looks really simple and easy to do but this involve a lot of hard work. Have a nice day everyone !
I don't understand, the people who dislike this video. You don't like Contact Juggling? Or you don't like National Geographic? Or you don't like this video because it's too short? I don't know, maybe these people just go around spreading anarchy by disliking every video they see. Whatever rocks your boat I guess.
@WTEarthum Nope. I don't understand why some people think everything in life has to have some sort of gimmick. Okotanpe is able to do this stuff because he practices, ALOT. Besides the fushigi has a hollow metal ball on the inside, notice how Okotanpe's acryllic is completely see thru? :p
@tristenhernandez ive dropped them probable hundreds of times,my practice ball i mean, and only recently has it cracked, and from far away it looks good as new.
@liebestraum4 its a ripoff of the acrylic ball. made to only market for money, and not spread the artform. although i use a fushigi, its only cause i got it for christmas
i dont think hes the best in the world michael moschen , dustin hubel, and the amazing kenny. oh and im not saying he sucks im saying hes one of the best in the world
Finally some decent exposure! Gives us contact jugglers a break from this fushigi misrepresentation.
I remember watching a spectator video of this guy a year or two ago. I'm glad to see that he's being recognized for his amazing talent!
This is such a beautiful explanation of the art. Thank you for putting it up.
Contact juggling is so rarely brought to the attention of the masses. When it is, THIS is how it should be done. Thank you :)
This couldn't have come at a better time.
Thank you.

Long live contact juggling!

The best juggler. A legjobb zsonglor. Udv.Szekelyfoldrol. :)
An AMAZING artist..
Beautiful....

That's looks so intense. This guy's awesome.
dude that's so balls.. awesome
@guitarplaya1990 Ugh, the rage I felt when I saw the advertisement for fushigi on TV was intense and instant...
I am a professional contact juggler, and I have only seen one broken one time, and it was under extreme circumstances because the person was trying to break it. When you drop them on cement, they bounce because they are similar to bullet proof glass.
something new, NICE!!!
Okotanpe - one of the best.
Really incredible juggling!
@guitarplaya1990 When i first saw fushigi i thought it was a disgrace to the name of contact juggling. Our skills are more than just simple parlor tricks that any first timer can master.
@ 0:18 all the girls wish they could handle balls as well as he can
but seriously, this guy is amazing.
@UnusVolatiliAngelus I'm not saying its a gimmick. I'm saying it's the same thing as the fushigi. the fact that there's no metal ball in the middle, doesn't take anything away from the illusion they both try to portray.
AMAZING!
he does make it so easy!!
okotanpe is the best. Making it look like nothing at all I know how to do it but damn hes good. As they say practice to experience and experience to skills.
Bulletproof glass... interesting.
This should be a video response to Fushigi.
he must have to have the smoothest hands
Awesome. But what happens if you drop one?
Great stuff!
so that's the original Fooshigi
Man I gotta try that some day
Wow! Thats amazing
Wow, Okotanpe's isos are so sick.
*practice practice practice practice* =P
Amazing video ^_^ Thank you so much for making this!
Wonder if the ball is Crystal Pakkun? :)
man this guy should work in LV with the jabba.. lol
Reminds me of that scene in the beginning of Labyrinth where David Bowie does that.
@Daemon1170 It was the creator of the art. And while he's a hell of a dude, he has nothing on Okotanpe.
@crazy

@WTEarthum Nah, contact juggling existed way before Fushigi came along. Fushigi is just one brand of contact juggling balls.
Practice makes perfect.. ANd i think he might have reached that perfection line..
I am a contact juggler and I know how hard this is. I have been doing this for about a year and I can still only do the ball over one hand trick haha
his name was Micheal motion
I don't understand, the people who dislike this video. You don't like Contact Juggling? Or you don't like National Geographic? Or you don't like this video because it's too short? Yes!!!
So what happens if one of these fall?
were you in hydepark in london last year by any chance?
0:40, "daaaamn"
@adamb733 THANK YOU! I was trying to figure out what looked so strange, yet so familiar about him...
"This is Tokyo. Nearly 13 million people live here... Oh wait."
i bet his dexterity level is 100. you gotta level up forever to get that high..
David Bowie's got nothing on this guy.
can someone explain what's so bad about fushigi?
@mirrorimage345 I figured that out after looking it up haha. Thanks for the tip, it was an interesting vid of how he had to practice etc.
I'm pretty sure this is just the fushigi
my brain hurts >.<
OKOTAMPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Ohh I've seen a video of this guy street performing for 7 minutes. It was absurd!
MICHAEL MOSCHEN FOREVER!!!
@crazychaoticcool Thank you that was the point I was trying to convey :)
1:03 isnt it suppose to say pantomime?
Am I the only one who has a strange urge to eat one of those?
@tristenhernandez ive dropped them probable hundreds of times,my practice ball i mean, and only recently has it cracked, and from far away it looks good as new.
@maemittz please, its not something you should joke about.
SENSEI... TEACH ME
i bet this guy has a fushigi
@liebestraum4 its a ripoff of the acrylic ball. made to only market for money, and not spread the artform. although i use a fushigi, its only cause i got it for christmas
Everyone is welcome. Please enjoy watching the video. Rate & Comment. Cheers !

@lexsite wow thats not racist at all

hes a Japanese Michael Jackson!
i dont think hes the best in the world michael moschen , dustin hubel, and the amazing kenny. oh and im not saying he sucks im saying hes one of the best in the world
@guitarplaya1990 We need to stop mentioning the f-word so it doesn't get the publicity it doesn't deserve
@SashaPayne lol
