really enjoy this format. Keep up the great work
Glad to hear it!
Great match!
The difference in rigs, home field advantage, pressure, format, cameras rolling, conditions..
Commentary from Erik and John make it even better!
@ Erik,
Slight correction..Two things are better; right?!
Great shooting gentlemen!
Excellent
Thank you so much 😀
Experience and the ability to shoot under high pressure could have well won this match..
Possibly.
Wow does Jays gun jump out of the rest . I don’t know if I missed it but I don’t think they were running mirage shields on there barrels .Could either of you explain why not ?
Jay is using a mirage shield and Brandon is not. Not everyone uses one as they feel it changes the harmonics of the barrel. I have shot both with and without and didn’t notice a difference in the mirage.
Entertained but a bit confused. I thought that the rules were 45 seconds per shot, so where did the other clock come from? And did the competitors know this clock at the beginning? Seems a bit squirrely for a match director to start a match knowing there's not enough time to complete?
They have a block time of 90 minutes to shoot three stages and take brakes in between matches to cool down rifles. Shooters are responsible for managing their time, and if they run out of time, whoever has the most points on the board is the winner.
@@codyway7424 just cause it wasn't shown in the video or talked about by John or Erik doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Clearly they knew about the 90 minutes for all shooters on the line. Nothing is squirrelly
@f-classpointsseries I guess I've never heard you guys discuss this rule before. Does seem like an opportunity for a bit of gamesmanship as the clock ticks down.
Dude talk about good sportsmanship by Brandon.. he could've taken the full time and ran that clock out then sent his shot with a few seconds left
Indeed. These guys don’t want to win that way. They want to win fair and square or not at all. Great sportsmanship indeed.
