Poliwrath is my favourite gen 1 pokemon. Its a combination of cool and mesmerizing. Poliwag was actually my first ever favourite pokemon and it was the reason I actually started liking pokemon.

My favorite Pokemon from the OG 151 is Haunter! I loved that it was an incurable prankster in the anime. I think Haunter has one of the neatest second evolution designs.
Kabutops has been my favorite pokemon since the 90s. But Scyther is a very close 2nd. I guess as a kid I just love their blade arms and I still want to see a fight between them two. Because I don't know who would win. But I'll put money on my boy Kabutops . He's got the ancient wisdom XD

Bro I think I love Beedrill the most, Hear me out, throughout the series Beedrill was always portrayed as the grumpy, scary Pokemon that would chase you if you did something wrong or get too close, and that always made me laugh and talk to myself "The Beedrill gonna get ya"
