Hello, for a driving license, you need to pass a test here in Singapore! Or you can convert your license to an international license and use it for up to 6 months I believe... Yes, usually the company arranges the details!

You can arrange the details of the contract with your company, if it’s a relocation it’s very probable that the company will pay for it I’m not really sure about the range but as school is pretty expensive for kids, I would recommend you not to go for a salary below 8-9k, especially with this much experience! But usually it’s going about 10k!

If it's the entry approval the problem, I would say there is nothing to do but to wait that you don't need it anymore and if you keep applying, make sure at the first stage of the application you said "I need an entry approval, are you able to apply for me", if not don't loose your time applying 🤷♀️
