This is a fantastic video, full of many great tips and gems of wisdom! The point about the 'focus hour' really resonated with me; I'm always at my sharpest and most creative at the same time most days while working. Also prioritising one's schedule around the 'golden hour' is another pearl. The idea of physical limitations, like leaving the phone out of reach, also applies to camera gear - using a manual focus lens for example, means we can't even switch on auto focus! Another thought I had is that it's ok to be into our gear, but it helps to be at least 51% focused on our craft than the tools themselves. A lot of photography & UA-cam is about the tool fetish and consumerism. E.g. even compare comments on this video to gear videos. Come on folks, join in the conversation on craft, process and philosophy!
