Well, I live in Central Europe, I purchase the Norwegian cod liver oil in a bottle (or eat Norwegian or Icelandic cod liver if I feel like it, which means every week or two). I personally would emphasize to reduce sugar, refined or brown, even honey, if you want to avoid cavities.

And the bone broth, I make my own and it has been amazing. My knees had been creaking for over a year and after a few months of bone broth (inconsistently at that) they stopped creaking. Much stronger joints. Totally recommend.

What operation are you talking about?? Usually for a cavity it's just a filling or a root canal.
I just found my first cavity at 42 and I got a little bit of pain from it want to stop it early I’m doing a lot of these things with oil pulling but saw a woman sayinr wheat grass worked better so doing them both now and vitamin d and k3. I already eat very healthy hence keeping them away this long I think
I did the same to my tooth and helped several save thousands of dollar by using tea tree oil, and awshagonda. Game changer

To believe your progress you must to show your before and after...with x-ray if it is possible.
ya the doctor looked at an x-ray and told me i've arrested the cavities but I'll need to go back and get pictures of it and possibly film him saying it. I'm in zero pain now though so I know it's worked.

It's hard to say exactly but I would try this for a few months and visit a wholistic dentist along the way and tell him/her what you're doing.

not really sure - I've been on this health journey for years, but it's definitely not overnight. It will take a few months, it my best guess.

I had very deep cavities, so I would find a natural dentist to check your progress as you're doing it. Root canal should be the last resort.

Hey! I got the same feedback from my dentist that if I don't get a root canal soon..Then he has to extract the teeth. I am a vegetarian, After researching a bit I got to know that Cod liver oil is rich in Omega 3, Vit A and Vit D. What if I take vegan Supplements of Omega 3 nd Vit D and take Vit A from natural source? Along with oil pulling. Also, I read a book which said that xylitol is great for teeth. I am doing it twice a day rn. Should I take supplements along with oil and xylitol pulling will that help?? I await your immediate response as it is bit urgent. Thanks.
In my experience and from my research vegan or vegetarian supplements are sometimes not as easily absorbed by the body than animal based products which has to do with the bio-availability. I was however very successful with Vit D3 in coconut oil from lichens and K2.

Go to 43:20, he talks about how dentin can heal and seal itself.
I would still try this method before you go along with the surgery, while regularly visit a natural dentist, not a normal one. I had pretty deep cavities and this method fixed them. Again if you're concerned, definitely visit a natural dentist while you're trying this.
