When people invest in studying English as non-native speakers, unless they are directed by circumstances or a budget to other English speaking countries, they most frequently opt for England and British English with modern RP (Received Pronunciation) accent. It's not necessary to have huge budget in order to study British RP, or to study in England per se (although it helps greatly). You can learn online as well. There are amazing courses and online tutors who can help you master most beautiful British English with no extra charge, if you should choose so - channel Egnlish with Lucy comes to mind as a brilliant one, both for paying and non paying students.
