anxiety can present as gastrointestinal issues and sweating. Many people don't realize or maybe now they do that your stomach can go haywire from anxiety. Have you ever considered seeing a therapist to help with it? (I'm a mental health counselor in NY so 100% advocate for doing it especially now that the field is mostly telehealth. it just makes it easier for people to attend sessions and we all do sliding scales or should if you don't have insurance)
I second this! When my anxiety levels are high, my stomach pays the price, and pretty much immediately.
have you thought of talking to someone about your anxiety? you may have a psychological issue that is manifesting itself through your sweat glands. and thank you for talking about stuff that we all deal with but never really talk about. it's awesome to see you thriving and i'm glad your mom got you such a neat gift... you've been working so hard and deserve to enjoy yourself.

That bag is gorgeous! 😍 I have the same issue with my anxiety and sweating and unfortunately my medication makes me sweat a lot more now besides my armpits 🙄 I carry around a few paper towels everywhere because my nose is constantly running hot or cold no matter what and the bottles of Lysol wipes (you know the ones that come with a ton of sheets used for like household cleaning) ever since Covid. Can never be too safe in public places so I carry it to wipe down tables, seats, etc 🤣

Omg I’m so glad I’m not the only one with the underarm problem of sweating ! Yea it definitely happens if I’m anxious but even when It’s like 80+ degrees out and it’s so annoying thank you for sharing your tips !!🤎🤎

Hi!!!missed you glad your back,I'm sorry you were sick,you always work,study so hard please take care of you..and yes you should treat yourself you deserve it and it's always nice to get gets from our Moms..After my Daddy(ya,Daddy's girl passed and my best friend Michele of 34 years depression,anxiety,panic attacks,I don't take medications at all,side effects for me are always not a good thing,I hope you can talk to a therapist about how your feeling,your such a good,kind,selfless,giving person,you deserve all the love,joy in your life
Girl the same thing used to happen to me every time that I traveled, until my cousin told me about the "organics smooth move tea" by the brand Traditional medicinals. I drink it at might and the next morning I go to the bathroom like normal. I buy it at Walmart in the tea section, the box is purple and white. Hope this helps you. And girl! I NEED THAT STRAIGHNER! I'M SO BUYING IT WHAAZZAAAA!
Hey, Kayleigh! I’ve heard using a cotton pad with The Ordinary Glycolic Toner on it on your under arms at night is supposed to help with daytime odor. I’ve done it twice now and I think it has helped so far.. I’ll try anything! Hope you’re well xx

12:46 this was a good idea. The time stamp is after you talked about the light mirror, but I have to comment bc that’s such a good idea. Also, looking forward to you looking in the comments for things that people recommend. As for the flossers they have a little plastic travel box in orange that’s tiny and the size of The flossers and it’s so useful and keeps them clean - it holds like 5-10. I’m going to try and get the link for you. I found two different ones I’ll link in the comments but it’s super handy.
I keep a mini sewing kit in my purse and you be surprise how many time I use it.. I have use it to fix my purse handle sometimes holes on my clothes I noticed after I get out of the house... my sandals broke the other day and I fix it too haha 😄 I love my sewing kit ..is a life saver

One thing I always have in purse are my church flyers 💕 you never know who you might meet when you’re out
I also used to sweat a lot, even right after showering. I read about "Drysol" and that solved my problem!! At first I had to used it like every 2nd day....after a month or so, just once a month and now for a long time maybe I have to use it once a year!! I can defenitly recommend it!!!
I had a hard time finding a deodorant that worked for me I always kept switching brands or scents. I found out that sometimes men's deodorant works best so I gave it a try and I am never going back to the ones for women. Definitely try out men's deodorant if the one you use doesn't seem to last or help out during stressful situations. I now keep Listerine cool mint mouth spray or thin strips that you place on the tongue for breath refresher instead of gum. For nursing school I couldn't always be chewing gum so I switched and it helped especially for clinicals. Also try the tea/drink called CALM by Natural Vitality it helped for my clinical days:) Can't wait to hear about your nursing journey!
Yes men's deodorant is the best!
In my bag I keep my wallet (of course lol), pens, small calendar to keep my schedule for work, lip balm, portable charger for my phone, medicine for headaches/stomach cramps, hand cream, pads (I think we all get why 😂), multiple hand sanitizers and some ponytail holders.

@@ForeverYours0727 When I go to work I have like 5 hand sanitizers with me 😂 2 in my purse, one on my car keys, and then I keep 2 in a small bag I keep with me when I'm at the register...I make sure I have hand sanitizer on me at all times lol
Miradry is a laser treatment it's pricey a little more than botox but it's permanent! I used to sweat like crazy! Totally recommend!

I have a black Michael kors backpack with gold studs on it and after a year it's still my favorite bag and I have a lot. It fits so much and if I want i can wear it as a backpack and have my hands free. Love love love it!!! And glasses usa is bomb I have a bunch... their prices are so good!! Heads up to i always have stomach problems and gas x wouldn't work. Phazyme is amazing. Works quick

I always keep two power banks in my purse for OTHERS cuz I barely need it lol. Weird right? I always love watching what other people carry in their bag hehe.

I just recently learned that lack of natural curl means heat damage! Mine is on the bottom layer. :(
To retransition them try a trim & no heat for 3 months. 😊

Probably also tmi but I always keep a pair of thinx period proof undies in my bag as a backup for tampons or pads. I use it by itself and have never had a problem, I just feel more secure wearing the thinx undies instead of using a panty liner. Plus they’re not too uncomfortable

Right now my bag is 10% wallet, 50% wipes, 30% alcohol spray, and 10% pepper spray. 🤣🤷♀️

I keep an extr pair of clean underwear in a zip lock bag 😶😳 lol. I have my period pretty scheduled out because I am on birth control, but you just never know if you may leak or you think you're done and then you're not 😫 lol
