It's probably one of the more unique designs out there and features to configurations of superweapons, both capable of annihilating the strongest of vessels or defenses. Logically that makes sense! I would assume the operation and power levels may differ slightly but I’m not sure. I wouldn’t be surprised if some engineering at Rothana was a little crazy and did both haha

These long-range focused ships really hearken back to the disparity between Star Wars and say, Trek, with engagements that dialogue places several hundred thousand kilometers or more apart using targeting computers that can apparently track and form firing solutions even at FTL speeds. I can't even imagine pairing raw firepower like a composite beam or hybrid mass driver with that kind of targeting suite.
Insane targeting systems lol the mass driver made me think of Halo and all their MAC weapons. Definitely won’t be as effective on moving fleets obviously but stationary bases or blockades aren’t going to stand a chance
@@StarWarsOddball well with the beam weapons it wouldnt need to have a aiming computer as it basically would just be move the ships nose to where the biggest capital ship is fire away and it would die
I’m fairly new to the channel, and I’m super glad to have found it, I’ve been watching a lot of videos, if you can’t tell :) and I’ve loved them all, I hope this channel gets huge as you have the same quality as other UA-cams who do this, if not better.
As for this video I haven’t heard of this ship and it was cool to hear about, it’s nice to learn new things about Star Wars and always cool to find ships with different abilities.
