You mean in a marriage ? The sharing is between the people who’s names are on the title deeds. But on divorce you might be ordered to share , even your second property
@@AmandaandBanele I was thinking more about a business since you said instead of selling property one can sell shares in their place. So I was wondering if the company has multiple properties and they all have different values would that translate to the shareholding for example if I have two properties and one is worth 200k and the other is worth 800k and someone buys 50% of the shares would it be possible to just give them ownership of the property worth 200k since it still counts as 50% of the 2 properties owned ?
