On the first mentioned crime, Sodomy, I once read about Mr. Canaan Sodindo Banana. I Know he was fully prosecuted. The irony of his prosecution was that he was a Methodist minister, theologian. Was sodomy used to disparage his character? Banele must come through with the facts.
Does the Sodomy Law also apply to women?

Happy about your level of knowledge but would be weird to you given that people have different religious beliefs. A free for all would be a recipe for disaster. While some decisions are up to individuals the law should also protect a people 's culture and traditions. We are entitled to our opinions but what is needed is to strike a balance.
