Thw one thing that gets me as a vegan and a environmentally conscious person is the wasted silk and leather of normal pointe shoes. There needs to be more eco and vegan friendly options in ballet. A new pointe shoe co doing things differently is good.

I'm a bartender, but youtube decided that pirouettes behind the bar in these supposedly amazing shoes was the answer to all of my problems 😂. Regardless, I hope they fit well and are nice to dance in!!!!😊

I ordered ballet flats dance shoes off line said I was a uk 3 I’m a size 5/6 depending but my dance shoes have always been smaller . When I got them they were tight did stretch some but still a bit small
Me: does do ballet anymore (i did it for like 2 years just to get better control of my movements and fix some issues i had on my ankles, doctor reccomended it and it worked. Hated every second of it, hated the teacher, hate how rude everyone is, hate how much people touched, looked and talked about my feet, i hate feet and turns out u must love them dawgs to be there cuz everyone loved my feet for me, it still creeps me out. Apparently i have a good arch. Idk what it means but im still riding on it a lil bit) Also me: i never want to see a pointe shoe in my life again. Me myself and i: I NEED TO SEE HOW THIS ENDS
It’s so funny,I always wondered how I have a feeling I’ve already seen those shoes once. Now I think, I’ve figured it out: so, those shoes were designed in the area I live in. A couple years ago there was a article about those shoes in my local newspaper and my grandparents showed it to me, because back then, I used to dance too. They talked about how futuristic and new these were and a little bit about the story of the founder. I never thought I would be so invested in these someday😂
