This video worked really well,as they all do,so I think a bit of both is fine,and/or at the same time. Not sure that helps much 😄 As creators of videos,i think we're always a bit worried about empty space in the audio, but natural sounds are also awesome, like the wind in the trees. Great work 🙂👍
@@WildWoodlandsSW -- I kind of like both, as well. Many years ago, someone said to me, "You really don't like silence, do you?" which really made me think. Did I actually dislike it? Or was it just that my mind would get too overactive when there was nothing to distract it? (probably the latter.) The wind really forced my hand this week; hence the long patch of music without talking. Thanks for your input -- it's very much appreciated! :)
I do like hearing you speak of how you creating the layers and watching as the painting develops. I'm a self taught water color painter so I'm interested in learning any and all information. Thank you. I love the finished painting.
So glad to hear! The only thing trickier than painting under these conditions is to try to FILM oneself and paint at the same time. Here's to cooler weather in a few weeks --- in the meantime, hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. :)
Really nice painting, and video Laura. I think the gardeners tending the garden makes a striking subject. And your outtakes at the beginning were brilliant. I know the feeling hehe😆👍🙏
I hadn't had my morning cup of coffee, so my brain was glitching more than usual. Haha! ☕🙃So glad you liked the painting. I've been trying to do things a bit out of my comfort zone this summer, and not paint my usual subjects/compositions.
Yes, Laura. I like both as well. Thank you again for sharing with us. I wish you 100 percent in return for for all you have put out here for us. May you be granted your return.🤎
Do you like having artistic commentary while I paint, or background music -- or a little bit of both? I'd love to hear your thoughts on this. :)

Really nice Laura. During this heat wave Plein air has become a challenge. Great, you pulled it off.🤥

@@LauraGYoungHehe. Gotta have that morning coffee! 👍That's great,it's important to step out of our comfort zone sometimes🙂
I enjoyed watching your painting come to life! And your artist commentary as well 😊
Thanks, dearest Natalie! Perhaps we could paint together sometime. 🎨 🥰 ((Hug))
@@LauraGYoung I'd love that!
