I actually had a conversation with Eavan Dall (guitarist of IHW) when they played their show with ABR in Minneapolis. He told me they were going in this direction, the Northlane-y type sound with their own twist. They play it extremely well. Nothing to technically crazy with the instruments, but still finding a way to make it sound musically interesting. Can't wait for the new album

Playing very similar sound over the years and what have you, gets boring and plateau's and I get that but I will say the "old" Kyle vocals toward the end of the song really brought it all together for me. It gave me that nostalgia feeling; the In Hearts Wake I am used to. Nonetheless, this song was fantastic and I am looking forward to the album with an open mind. Incredible.

Man IHW has come a long way. I've loved them for a long time now, but this is their best work in my opinion, this whole album is a masterpiece.
