Should I use waterproof and stain spray on my new boots before I wear them? I was told that I have to spray it with water and stain spray before ever wearing them. Thanks
What material are the made out of? Our general advice is, "No." Especially with finished leather, they have lots of natural oils in them already for protection. If you water proof them, you will seal the pores and remove breath-ability, making them hotter to wear.
When the owner backs his product so passionately and is at work on a Friday afternoon personally takes your phone call buy his Boots. Mine arrived in a way that is far above Lucchese. He has worked his way to the top by quality in every department and by delivering more than expected. With Will and Chisos you buy a Great Quality Boot. With Lucchese you buy a name at twice the price. Spend your hard earned dollar with someone who personally take the time to talk to you and personally takes your order.
@@Chisos my first pair of Chisos come tomorrow. Walking my sister down the isle in them and I can’t wait to get them in. They will be a very special pair of boots
@@Chisos yea that would work but wouldnt last! a chisos work boot with good grip an all terrain boot...mud, water, pouring concrete everything a bluecollar man does. a boot that is comfortable enough to be put on for 8+ hours in the 100°+ heat! A work boot so comfortable that after those 8+ hrs at work you get home and dont take em off since they are that comfortable and durable!
@@Chisos a boot comfortable but also able to withstand what us bluecollar guys go thru when we are out in the field in all types of weather. A boot i wouldnt mind putting on everyday to go work in or just do my normal chores around the house when im not working!
My Chisos get even better looking the more I wear them. Like a smooth coat dog, beautiful and easy to care for.

I have two pairs of Chisos 🎉. I’d love to see you all make a side-zip roper style boot. Any future plans for something like that?

It was a pleasure talking with you! Love that you did your homework 🤠
What about the rough out clean and oil care? Same as my other boots or just a brush and no oil?
Any oil will matte down the roughout and potentially darken it. Test on a small area first!
