hey mate have you started producing the backing boards? Or do you have a solution to repairing sagging head liner boards ?

I've currently got a spare board dropped off at a Fiberglass shop, they are in the process of making me copy's for the VN-VS sedans. I'll publish on UA-cam, my website and Facebook once they are available 👍

I've got the spare donor board dropped off at our local fibreglass shop, it's in the process of being made.

My vn has a sun roof how do I take the head liner out can you please help
This style is usually referred to as a floating headliner.
Explained in this video below that we made: Even if the headliner board has been modified to try replicate the style of sunroof we would usually work on, it usually still remains that its something we dont do:

@@ReecesAutoHeadliningRepairs my one has not been excessively cut its the one on the left. Do I have to take the sun roof out to get the liner out??
@@flynnwatts805 I haven't seen any sunroofs fitted on your model with a solid board construction, all have had the board cut away.
Usually the sunroof shade panel can stay where it is, and the headliner board comes out separately or vice versa
