Nicolas Garcia it depends on pace. If you run slow for a long period it can actually make your body worse. There is a hormone that will decrease fat loss
I like the idea of "just 10 min" and not worrying too much about pace or distance. I've always had this all or nothing attitude where I stress about a specific distance and a specific time/pace. I feel nervous and get butterflies sometimes before my runs from fear of *running too slow* or not being able to *go the distance*. This has even leads me to not run at all some days or weeks. This same thinking hinders me in other areas of my life as well. What you shared at around 4:20 was very refreshing to me though. How important that I don’t think you even mentioned sickness, like is not on the worry list, how it should be! 👍 Congrats, man!! Keep up the good work! 👊
Nice building up healthy habits is a nice thing! But you if you want to step your game up, try to add 1 push up everydy (Day 1 20PUs, Day 2 21PUs, etc.) You'll slowly build up an amazing amount of reps.
Guys, I only brought this up for giggles, because my 365 challenge is nothing compared to running every day! 😂 But to answer your questions, going from bed to (at least) 20 push-ups every day might not have done anything visually, but it definitely felt like a good habit to kick the day off with (I’m not really into working other than doing some pull-ups, jogging 40 mins each and every day and some kettlebelling) and activate your muscles. This has inspired me to get back into running, 5 years ago I was almost anerexic and ran 8km everyday after school as well as farm work and everything else I did, now I’m 61kg and want to weigh 44kg which is what I weighed 5 years ago, I stopped because I snapped my acl twice and bruised my bones and tore my meniscus twice, I don’t care about my injury anymore and literally ran 10km for the first time yesterday since last year and I’m gonna run everyday starting after my park run on Saturday

Komal Chutwani nothing ! If you eat an high anti oxydant diet which help recovering your muscles, stretching everyday, a little bit of leg massages and good shoes, you'll be totally OK. Running makes your bones and muscles stronger. But you have to add a little bit of weight training to prevent injuries(squats, abs etc.) 😊

Cha'lie Joy He’s a professional footballer, so there was no crazy weight loss. If anything he would just become more toned as he burned the last vestiges of fat from his body.

@@HellahGood how long are you vegan? How is your stamina and recovery on vegan diet? Difference from when you were eating animals
Hey Emma, thanks for sharing your story. It's always best to let your body heal but running intuitively for enjoyment is a good way to get to your body's ideal weight. I don't want you to fall back into negative patterns, though! Make sure you're checking in with your DR on your goals and letting your body rest with injury! Get after it!

You are an inspiration for millions my man, plus look at that humbleness, may the Lord bless your life uncondicionally!
How did you maintain your muscle mass? What's your workout schedule like? And what's your diet?
I was super built up before I started running so I just leaned out. I do bodyweight workouts here and there but have been really inconsistent the past 5 or so months. I eat a plant based diet
It is really great without skipping a single day
yes!
Damn bro, what body fat percent are you in this video? I’m down 30 pounds, running 25 miles a week. I like this aesthetic, new goal for me
Bruce W. True I’ve been running for a week dropped 4 poinds
that kid hell yeah man, I’m changing up my diet as well. It is helping but hard. Keep up the good work brother
thanks man! that's amazing! I'm not sure of my body fat % actually
Bruce W. I’ve been running everyday 5 days and holy shit my legs are sore what I do is a sprint then a jog more like 10 minutes and it fwwwls soo good and I’ve already lose 2 pounds
@@eddie9837 That is awesome, I'm glad to hear you are getting out and sweating. I think what you are doing some people call intervals and oh man is it tough on you. it does feel good, exercising feels amazing. thanks for sharing

I Love Run ❤️
that's amazing!
Damn props to you man. You didn't get sick in that year? Or did u still run when you were sick?
That’s actually a good question
thank you! I didn't get sick luckily
HellahGood how about the ankle joints and knees. That’s my fear right now, please reply?
Sindi at first your ankle joints and knees might hurt for a while depending on your physique. Eventually if you keep running like this tho they will get usto it. With the right around of rest of course.
I just started running every day for a year and am vloging all of the videos on my channel.
that's awesome I'll check it out!
Hey hellahgood. Honestly youre inspiring me . Right now i been feeling depressed and honestly just listening to your words is so helpful thank you bro im gonna try this im gonna go run ina bit

Great music choice 👍

Q:How did you overcome muscle soreness or did you even have any of it?
topias jaynas he has a video on all thAt
topias jaynas overcome it with planned rest and consistency don’t skip out your workout days and if you don’t feel sore for a long time it’s time to change your routine
Sikkunt Che Thanks!
Felisha Jefferson oh ok, thx!
will answer this for sure in my q&a video! somebody said I have a video on this but I think I've just touched upon it in a few of my other running videos so you can definitely check them out. thanks for the question!
I am now a week in my 365 days 🙌🏼 I don’t know if I will do it I do my best haha
Delayed gratification is very powerful! Well done on completing your challenge, you are a very positive person and a good role model for others 👍🏼
thank you so much man! means a lot!
I ALSO RUN EVERYDAY 😍😍 almost 3 years for me, minimum 1h
amazing! Keep it up
dayum
Komal Chutwani nothing ! If you eat an high anti oxydant diet which help recovering your muscles, stretching everyday, a little bit of leg massages and good shoes, you'll be totally OK. Running makes your bones and muscles stronger. But you have to add a little bit of weight training to prevent injuries(squats, abs etc.) 😊
Ethical Vegan good
You must be hot as hell

nope! watch my april rundown video though about injuries
One thing I have always told myself when I race: no matter if I am first or last, i will never receive a DNF. Finish everything. Everytime.
