Thanks for another great reaction and analysis. 😘😘😘 I remember, this is the very first video of Dimash that I saw.. And after watching this, I'm looking for more and more performances of him. I got goosebumps everytime I heard him sing. I heard a lot of singers who sang diva dance but they are all females, I haven't heard any male yet except Dimash and he even sang it better than them (well for me). His version in Bastau is much much better than this. It's almost the same to the original version. 👍👍👍 And his another version in Shenzhen, that's more insane. He added some spice. LOL.. 😂😂😂 👍👍👍
Just for info : He's been training that song since 13 ^^ diva dance is supposedly the "impossible song" only a few skilled female singers were able to come close to the original. But Dimash slayed it live on stage, not once, not twice but three times and the last time(shenzhen concert) he completely made fun of it by making it even harder and more impossible !😂😂 Enjoyed your analisis, looking forward to the next one 👍👍

Dimash blends the low and high notes so effortlessly we sort of feel it’s easy and all just a few tones apart when they are actually miles apart! As for the Diva Dance: so, there’s a lot of talk about that infamous bar with eleven notes that was digitally manipulated in the movie since no human voice could sing it. In this performance, Dimash changed it to a string of high staccato notes at 4:18. But he did sing that bar in its original form in his earlier versions and at Bastau. Still, topping a computer was not good enough for him. He just had to top himself so in Shenzhen on May 19, he threw in a whistle note in that space!!!! I saw only one person trying to measure it, and saying it was probably a F#7. I’d be really happy if you could make a comparison of that bar in all his versions. (A handful of other singers have attempted Diva Dance, but sorry, no comparison!)
Please react to ep 14 "Give me love" too, it's an amazing performance by Dimash, no super high notes, just emotion in a very beautiful song, i'm sure you'll love it! :)

Great analysis as always,teacher 👍👍 Apparently Dimash has a great acting talent which he showed us here. He also has a habit of jumping hard on his knees 😅 As for the Diva Dance, we've heard several different versions frm him-this one, Bastau and Shenzen concert. He took it to the next level in Shenzen that we fans had to change the song title to Dima Dance😁

Great again - love the details you give. This song is about a man that has learned his lady no longer loves him - I think that is portrayed well with the dancer. He started the song in Chinese so the audience would understand - then switched to Italian. The Diva Dance just is - can't wait till you see it in Bastau - with the downward run - like the movie instead of the staccato notes he does here. The man never ceases to amaze!! Dimash became good friends with the Lion band - he did a performance with Jam and Tia (also from Singer) for the Chinese New Year - was a great jazzy performance - another for your after Singer list!!

Loving all of the Dimash reactions. I'm so excited for you to react to Hello! Regarding him falling on his knees or falling back, he's in his early 20's. You think you can do crazy stuff at that age, but it catches up at around 40. In one of the behind the scenes videos he met a woman that was some kind of celebrity. She gave him a gift and it was a set of knee pads. Super cute!

Just so you know, some people said the “fall” at the end was paying homage to the “5th Element” movie where the blue creature (alien) got shot and died shortly after she sang the song in the movie. Be it true or not, we are all amazed at Dimash’s excellent voice and exquisite showmanship in this performance. Looking forward to more of your reviews of Dimash. Oh and as many have told, his voice was still recovering from the throat problem so he left the most difficult run from up to down away. He does it in Bastau, it is amazing! And also the rise from low to high is stronger in Bastau. Great that you do those conserts after the singer!
The dancer is incredible ! She added a very nice touch to this performance. Her name is Anna and she is in the dance group in Dimash' concerts :) You can check her IG @annasouldancer :) The first song is Italian (Adriano Celentano) , so he starts in Chinese, and then continues in Italian. Italian girls said his Italian is perfect :) As for the Asian girl with afro,,, they were performing other famous artists' songs and would dress accordingly :) Loved your reaction, I would actually call it reaction and analysis. One commentator said that Dimash very often drops on his knees or throw himself on the floor because he uses not only vocal cords and chest muscles/ diaphragm but entire body, each cell of his body to extract and squeeze out those crazy sounds. Practically his entire body becomes instrument. What is your opinion about this technique? There was one contestant from Taiwan and she gave gift to Dimash, - knee pads saying you are often drop on your knees and we worry about you.
Singing diva dance is just like breakfast for him😆😆😆..he sang this song so many times since in his younger years..in fact he had one performance singing the full version of diva dance and it was mind blowing considering he was very young then..u can hear his very operatic voice and it was very exquisite, powerful and beautiful..in short he can even sing this in his sleep...😀😀😀😀..thanks...everyday i wait for ur next reaction..u got me hook in your channel now..❤👍👏👏dear from canada..

His vocal range is F2-D8 (that we know at least) it's crazy! He never tells us his vocal range so we have to assume it's this, it's incredible! Dimash is my life😍 His diva dance in Bastau concert is even better!

❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you! Just some fun info...I watched all the episodes of The Singer with English subs. The lady with the Afro is wearing a wig. I knew that from seeing her in other episodes. But one of the male competitors asked another contestant how she got her hair to do that. When he was told it was a wig, he didn’t believe it. 😂😂😂 At the end when a Dimash falls back onto the stage and “rests” for a minute, one of the female contestants asked if he was ok. The lead singer in Lion Band said “Yes, he’s just out of oxygen”! 😂😂😂 Now for the truly amazing info...Dimash’s performance of The Diva Dance at Bastau is significantly better than this one....with an incredible descending run. And...at his most recent concert in Shenzhen, he adds a whistle note....because he can! I still prefer Bastau version and can’t wait for you to see that version after you are done with The Singer.

Thanks for another great reaction and analysis. 😘😘😘 I remember, this is the very first video of Dimash that I saw.. And after watching this, I'm looking for more and more performances of him. I got goosebumps everytime I heard him sing. I heard a lot of singers who sang diva dance but they are all females, I haven't heard any male yet except Dimash and he even sang it better than them (well for me).
His version in Bastau is much much better than this. It's almost the same to the original version. 👍👍👍 And his another version in Shenzhen, that's more insane. He added some spice. LOL.. 😂😂😂

He's been training that song since 13 ^^ diva dance is supposedly the "impossible song" only a few skilled female singers were able to come close to the original. But Dimash slayed it live on stage, not once, not twice but three times and the last time(shenzhen concert) he completely made fun of it by making it even harder and more impossible !😂😂

Dimash blends the low and high notes so effortlessly we sort of feel it’s easy and all just a few tones apart when they are actually miles apart! As for the Diva Dance: so, there’s a lot of talk about that infamous bar with eleven notes that was digitally manipulated in the movie since no human voice could sing it. In this performance, Dimash changed it to a string of high staccato notes at 4:18. But he did sing that bar in its original form in his earlier versions and at Bastau. Still, topping a computer was not good enough for him. He just had to top himself so in Shenzhen on May 19, he threw in a whistle note in that space!!!! I saw only one person trying to measure it, and saying it was probably a F#7. I’d be really happy if you could make a comparison of that bar in all his versions. (A handful of other singers have attempted Diva Dance, but sorry, no comparison!)

He also has a habit of jumping hard on his knees 😅 As for the Diva Dance, we've heard several different versions frm him-this one, Bastau and Shenzen concert. He took it to the next level in Shenzen that we fans had to change the song title to Dima Dance😁

Great again - love the details you give. This song is about a man that has learned his lady no longer loves him - I think that is portrayed well with the dancer. He started the song in Chinese so the audience would understand - then switched to Italian. The Diva Dance just is - can't wait till you see it in Bastau - with the downward run - like the movie instead of the staccato notes he does here. The man never ceases to amaze!! Dimash became good friends with the Lion band - he did a performance with Jam and Tia (also from Singer) for the Chinese New Year - was a great jazzy performance - another for your after Singer list!!

Just so you know, some people said the “fall” at the end was paying homage to the “5th Element” movie where the blue creature (alien) got shot and died shortly after she sang the song in the movie. Be it true or not, we are all amazed at Dimash’s excellent voice and exquisite showmanship in this performance.

Oh and as many have told, his voice was still recovering from the throat problem so he left the most difficult run from up to down away. He does it in Bastau, it is amazing! And also the rise from low to high is stronger in Bastau. Great that you do those conserts after the singer!

Her name is Anna and she is in the dance group in Dimash' concerts :) You can check her IG @annasouldancer :) The first song is Italian (Adriano Celentano) , so he starts in Chinese, and then continues in Italian. Italian girls said his Italian is perfect :) As for the Asian girl with afro,,, they were performing other famous artists' songs and would dress accordingly :) Loved your reaction, I would actually call it reaction and analysis. One commentator said that Dimash very often drops on his knees or throw himself on the floor because he uses not only vocal cords and chest muscles/ diaphragm but entire body, each cell of his body to extract and squeeze out those crazy sounds. Practically his entire body becomes instrument. What is your opinion about this technique? There was one contestant from Taiwan and she gave gift to Dimash, - knee pads saying you are often drop on your knees and we worry about you.

Singing diva dance is just like breakfast for him😆😆😆..he sang this song so many times since in his younger years..in fact he had one performance singing the full version of diva dance and it was mind blowing considering he was very young then..u can hear his very operatic voice and it was very exquisite, powerful and beautiful..in short he can even sing this in his sleep...😀😀😀😀..thanks...everyday i wait for ur next reaction..u got me hook in your channel now..❤👍👏👏dear from canada..

But one of the male competitors asked another contestant how she got her hair to do that. When he was told it was a wig, he didn’t believe it. 😂😂😂 At the end when a Dimash falls back onto the stage and “rests” for a minute, one of the female contestants asked if he was ok. The lead singer in Lion Band said “Yes, he’s just out of oxygen”! 😂😂😂
Now for the truly amazing info...Dimash’s performance of The Diva Dance at Bastau is significantly better than this one....with an incredible descending run. And...at his most recent concert in Shenzhen, he adds a whistle note....because he can! I still prefer Bastau version and can’t wait for you to see that version after you are done with The Singer.
