Quick Heatless Updo

In this updo tutorial video I’m going to do a quick updo with no heat, and talk through a few techniques and skills as I go.
This updo works best on hair that is prepped well with products, has some good grip to it, and isn’t virgin hair.
Ideally client for this: the bridesmaid that lets you do whatever you want and she’s got leftover wave and product from the rehearsal dinner still in her hair.

What about those with miles of split ends? How would you treat that? Thank you

Great question! Smoothing cream can help immensely, but If that’s not enough to settle those bad boys down I’d recommend ending the twists from the ponytail higher up, securing with an elastic, and then hiding it behind the bun part. Does that make sense?
