The EU transferred a similat total amount of funds to Ukraine as USA.
Now the UN is a world-wide organization that Includes Russia, it has nothing to do with funding Ukraine's defence.

Enough is enough they have given more then enough to help their needs.But not one dollar to defend our borders.
Our border do get lots of dollars. Please go take a look and you’ll see fully paid border patrol watching as groups of young men walk on by. The border problem is not a financial concern, it’s a policy problem. A bad one.
But stability in Europe is also out concern. Fund the suppression of Russian aggression, and fix our border. It’s entirely possible.

where Individuals who were supportive could donate
from their respective personal monies.
I believe, this is a fairer way.
You seem to think all Americans agree with your position. We don't. I'm a lifelong conservative and also think supporting Ukraine in stopping Russian aggression is in our best interest. I travel to Europe frequently and know first hand the Polish folks are taking Russia very seriously. If they are concerned about Russia, we should be concerned about WW3 if Russia isn't stopped or weakened.

Russia has been forced to Defend itself, by infiltrators into Ukraine, sadly.

The border is a policy issue, not a financial one. The border patrol sits there (we are paying for it) and watching folks pass over. This isn't an either-or situation. Fix the policy to fix the border. Fund Ukraine to stop WW3. Both make sense.
It warms my heart to see how willing democrats are to spend our hard earned tax money to rebuild a country's economy, that we will never even see appreciation for and that wouldnt even have been destroyed if the democrats werent so weak.

The domestic problems that you cite could be much remedied by changing the tax structure so that corporations and the wealthy pay their fair share. But that won't happen because the oligarchs won't allow it. If we just roll over and let Putin have Ukraine, he won't stop--he will push farther and farther into Europe. (Remember Hitler and Poland).
