Hi. Our 2003 started with a misfire on cylinder 3 bank 1. Now it has p0171 and p1132 bank 1 LTFT idles at about 25%. Would all this be due to a bad upstream o2 sensor? About 3k miles ago, all fuel injectors were replaced and truck ran well since then. Thank you!
Yes a bad o2 can cause the fuel trim to read more than 10% but i would be concerned about the fuel injectors being replaced with an aftermarket set, if they didnt put ford fuel injectors back in it ,it will cause issues, its very rare that a fuel injector would go bad on a ford,i almost never see it, make sure the fuel injectors are ford ones or put the orginal back on, then retest
