I know everyone likes mustang and sally but the last LMG you unlock does similar damage and you get 350 rounds in a mag and 500 reserve, plus with rapid fire you can melt this boss infinitely quicker
Speed running in general for FPS and most games is done on PC. You can get very precise movements on keyboard and mouse, you can’t with controller. But that’s not to say you can’t do the same on Console. There’s plenty of games where the runner prefers controller. It’s just the optimization with seconds that people prefer on kb&m. But if you’re just trying to get short times, yeah of course you can do console and still optimize your own times. You’re also looking at people who play the game enough to know its ins and outs. By just putting in the time to practice and learn, is what makes these really short times possible.

He has the augment on stamina up where a tactical kill grants fast movement speed. So he uses throwing axe for that. And the upgrade on phd flopper that lets you spam slide fast and far.
Not specific to speedruns but there's just something hilarious to me about the fact that Treyarch are so confident that enough people in this game's playerbase lack the basic math skills to solve the computer code that they make it so Peck will sell them to you... Obviously runners will use a solver or whatever but when it comes to the average person, the thought of fully-grown adults struggling to do simple algebra in the middle of a CoD EE is hilarious.
