It takes a lot of exposure to smoke to get lung cancer.
I would call this "clean smoke", much safer than a cigarette
If you strike the match and inhale the smoke, then use the same match, put it in your mouth and become a lantern and then extinguish the match and blow the smoke out your nose
That wouldn't work when u go to put the match in ur mouth for the jack o lantern the smoke would come out
Sydney McLachlan Not necessarily, your windpipe is close when your not breathing so the smoke should stay in. And the fact you need to breath in for the jack-o-lantern would stop it coming out because you cant breath in and out at the same time

I accidentally discovered the chimney trick. I lit a match one time, and accidentally breathed in the smoke from the sulfur flare, my lungs hurt for the rest of the night but it looked cool
When I was younger I was on vacation in Florida and my friends and I stopped in this bar for some drinks. Some hot chick bet us all a beer that she could deep throat the biggest banana the bartender had with the peel still on. We picked out the banana and I'm thinking no freaking way. Then she did (seriously deep throated a 9 inch banana with the peel on) and drank the rest of the evening on us and some other guys in on the bet. Later the bartender said she'd been pulling that stunt for years. She made more free drinks than she could actually drink. I think she has you guys beat.

Hey Brian, I talked about the match smoke trick with my chemistry teacher, who has a PHD on respiratory therapy, and there seems to be a way to *reduce or avoid damage altogether!*
_(Skip this paragraph if you just want the method):D_
Apparently the danger in this is the Sulfur Monoxide that comes out of the match head when it's burning, when your lungs process this gas, they turn it into Sulfur Dioxide, which basically means to add an oxygen atom to some molecules.
The problem is, when you do this, some Sulfur Monoxide molecules break, you use the Oxygen in it for breathing, and the Sulfur sticks to your lungs. This can cause many respiratory illness such as asthma and apparently cancer down the road.
However you can minimize the damage by having an already abundant amount of Oxygen in your blood, you can achieve this by breathing in and out quickly for a few seconds (just don't overdo it or you might hyperventilate). That way, your body doesn't need as much Oxygen as it does normally. So if your blood is well oxygenated and you already have your lungs half full of fresh air when you inhale the Sulfur Monoxide, your lungs should not attempt to break the molecules and you should be mostly fine.
*So basically.*
1.- Breath in and out at a fast pace for about 10 seconds.
2.- Just before you light the match, breath in a bit so you have some air in your lungs.
3.- Light the match, and inhale the gas *through your mouth*.
4.- Try to not hold your breath for too long.
5.- Feel free to exhale through the mouth or nose (Sulfur Dioxide isn't really harmful).

McMagic15 when you're first learning it, it's better to inhale too much and put the match out than to burn your mouth. Practice in front of a mirror till you get the right method.

It's an in-video advertisement, so there's no real way for anyone to know if people skip it. The fact that it can be skipped easily is probably worked into the contract and so the ad spot costs less. If Scam School wanted to, they could incorporate non-skipable youtube ads in the middle of the video and get money that way.

More or less I assume using a plain colored napkin helped too since there isn't an patterns to reference your fingers sliding.

In a real situation I can promise you the "Police Issue" handcuffs are not easily shimmed and you are not left cuffed in front. I'm not going to say what mechanism keeps the shim from working but anyone that knows about "Police Issue" handcuffs will understand its not possible.

I did it a ton and it worked like 2/20 times and then I tried to do a snapchat (this was like 2hrs ago) but i think my problem was I was using strike anywhere matches not the regular ones, so the sulfur was too sour, but then I tried some normal ones and it wasnt as bad, but still was bad, and i kept drinking water and it was just too sour
Also the camera couldn't rlly pick it up so i gave up
Scam school is one of my favourite tubes on youtube. The theme song is so amazing! This show should be on T.V. It would be an after school Mecca, where everyone the next day would be doing the "scams" at school. The host is the bomb!!!!!

is human chimney suitable for people with asthma basically hard to breathe and things like that I love the trick but i'm asthmatic so could I still do it or would I die?
It depends on how severe your asthma is. My asthma is moderate to mild and I've done this trick many time. If you are going to do it practice doing it because (like myself my first few times I did) you'll probably cough some so have your inhaler just in case :)
