- In December 2016, a US official in Havana went to the embassy medical centre to report a debilitating and confounding illness. The symptoms included headaches; nausea; hearing loss; problems with memory and vision. And its onset was characterized by hearing… something. A buzzing, hissing, grinding…sound.
Soon, a second official came down with the same symptoms. Then a third. Then a fourth. By the time the story went public in summer 2017, dozens of US diplomats, as well as some Canadians, had come down with what was becoming known as “Havana Syndrome.” In recent years, The US agencies have failed to agree even on the basic premises. State department said it’s a “sonic device,” then rolled that back. The CIA have hinted microwave radiation might be involved. The FBI said there was no “there” there. Now they seem to be rolling that back as well.

Think of yourself as an antenna. You need to have a constant power source, which would only leave your feet being connected all the time. They're shocking your feet to create an EKG where they get the readings from your fingertips, face, and neck. They also use these same shocks to create the sensations that seem unblockable. Tesla did an experiment that created shocks in people's feet, which is exactly what's going on here. You feel it in your head and wouldn't think it's coming from your feet or arms. They also use acoustics to cause impacts. More like erosion, small impacts all day equate to big pains.

Past the hour-mark it occurred to me that perhaps the adversarial power doing this is using multiple focused transmission sources, not single-source. Multiple sources all directed to the same spacial point with specially-controlled wave-timing could mean that a microwave emission from any single source might not cross thresholds for danger or even possibly detection, but where the waves compound the effects are far stronger. The more sources the greater the effects possible with potentially less power per transmission location.
With multiple sources the area of effect might be a single room, but rooms immediately next to that targeted room might not have any effect at all.

Could someone please organize an open call seminar with workshops in California on this subject for civilians so affected? It may start an awareness movement for victims who are afraid of ridicule as of now have no support systems. Political and Cultural oppression is often a Psychological Operation. More than likely because there's an illegally implanted device in your ear or elsewhere. The RF chip in my ear was implanted during a routine health procedure that required anesthesia. Soon after my appointment, I was attacked with violent D.E.W. attacks 24/7...nonstop (since October 2021). I've moved several times into different communities and even across states. Twice. The program is supported by people across the nation, so perps are probably making a living off of paid contract jobs to stalk/harass/sabotage/and torture innocent civilians everywhere they go. So, to be targeted for deletion for no reason at all is mind blowing. I'm an over 50yo professional. Never been to jail. I'm sane, kind, charitable, etc. How is this happening??? I've had a couple of incidents of sudden onslaught of symptoms!
I've noted bass music on each occurrence.
There's a small reserve across the road so although it sounds like my neighbours music when inside my house.. stepping outside makes it difficult to determine.
Symptoms:
Weird feeling in chest & head..
Ludicrous level of Urgency & Panic..
Encompassing dread
Pacing failed to self soothe
Nausea
My psychè felt infiltrated (Weird I know)...
It felt like it was 'building up' inside my head & chest.
An overwhelming feeling I had to escape the sound!! This was being somewhat drowned out by other symptoms..
During the last occurrence I remember a black mirror episode popped into my head =the robot bees that were turned rogue.
I'm unsure if the bass is the cause or cover up (I can't even believe I'm saying this lol. I've had proper panic attacks & although some symptoms compare, I know with all certainty it wasn't a panic attack! This felt infiltrating rather inwards out.
The last time I'd had a mild THC cookie. I'D HAD OTHER COOKIES FROM THIS BATCH PRIOR & results were typical.. similar to a mild relaxant pill for sleep.
I don't drive if I've had a cookie.. & that's what made this last occurrence so violating! As If my estranged husband didn't offer to come to me.. I'd definitely have driven the car a few blocks away! This is crucial to the degree of symptoms onslaught.
I've had several peculiarities occur over last 10 yrs.. those I without a doubt attribute to my now estranged husband.... OK the crux of my river of words...
I highly doubt I'm on any security lists nor people's of interest lists etc lol

The sound from the podium is really awful - still, after so long time doing this. Extremely difficult and tiring to listen to. Why not using a lapel mic instead or get closer to the gooseneck mic and attenuate it to get rid of feedback echoes? Should be relatively simple considering.

The symptoms seems to be the same as Sudden Deafness. It took me years to recover from and I'm deaf on my left ear for life.
Here too. Sudden deafness, total loss of equilibrium, uncontrollable vomiting, and 20 years later still permanently deaf in one ear. I actually saw the attack to but didn’t realize what was happening until 15 minutes later when I couldn’t drive anymore, suddenly became totally deaf, and had to instantly pull the car over.

8 was abused and hammed by a serial child drugged and rapist. He and his group used subliminal constant unter face before or just as the cloud started. They had to resuscitate me because the drugs were to string slipped into a soda of mine. My head was a mess for a long time after. But ine summer my head was constantly blasted by something and at one point I could not remember my own name. Talk about head fog. I really believe this Havana syndrome is a result of that early effort which may have international or national help. Crazy I know but it's my reality.
