I love these vids but I am always in awe of what has to be done to get a dish out. When he called the pick for the hotline, it's a small team who is in charge for all of those dishes right? Each chef is in charge of like lets say 1-2 dishes and when they call the pick, all they have focus on is what their station is charge of. Like they don't have to remember what that big order was? I could never remember the full pick order if someone called it out! So impressive.
Im stressed out just watching this lol i love to cook, but would absolutely hate being in a high-end kitchen like this. its definitely not for the faint of heart!
