As an older lady, I just keep planting edible so I don’t have to mow👍🏻 (2 mowers went to the curb!)The sweet potatoes started it all( *Apopka* Indian for ‘potato eater’😊) trying Granny Smith apples this year, fingers crossed they like it here. (Saint Augustine)Blackberry ‘bramble’ is doing great & there’s enough that the birds are sharing this year!yipee!🎉 now I just plant edible everywhere & I am on a corner lot! I plan to leave as much of a feast as possible for me to maintain for future urban farmers✌🏻👵🏻🐥

Farmer Jack yes! Eating meat is a process. I’m in a mountainous area with real winters. Meat eating is a serious option for foraging. Hunting, killing, cleaning, processing, and storage of meat is a chore. Easiest to hardest: fruit, vegetables, fungi, then meat is way last. Incorporating meat is a serious skill set and responsibility whether it’s hunting or farming.

is it just me..or does seth look like he could be the meshing of longo and spenser? I had the thought and now I can't Not see it haha. I'm a newbie to urban farming so thankyou firstly, for introducing me to the term 'volunteer plant', now I have a name for the pumpkin sprouts growing beside my porch! 🎃 and spenser, you talking about your wife barefoot planting trees on your land warmed my soul. That's exactly the type of life I'm trying to manifest for my family and I as well. Biggest thanks for the wealth of other knowledge shared by you guys always, please keep it up. Many blessings to you all 🙏
Also I've been growing tomatoes in buckets on my back deck a few years now even though I'm the one in the fam who doesn't like them plain haha. They do well here in KS. But don't buy seeds, buy a good organic from farmers market and get seeds from what you like.

I think I've been down every rabbit hole you guys covered in this, including trees, herbs, vegetables, windbreaks for property, grounding, soil building, electroculture, and even working with etheric translators, which are thousands of times more powerful than orgone cloudbusters. I'm building an etheric translator to use for plant growth as well. If you guys ever do a meetup on this, I'd love to shoot down to Palm Beach County to bounce ideas/discoveries.

We're on 5 acres in Vero Beach doing this very thing. I've learned a ton over the past 6yrs growing different fruits and vegetables. Gotta watch out for some of the high oxalate greens though... we also have chickens for eggs, a greenhouse, food forest and microgreens. We are the bridge between the dust and the divine. Jackfruit also grows in Indian River County.

Smoking a plant almost instantly puts the nutrients in the blood, eating a plant requires around 30-60mins for the stomach and liver and kidneys to break that food down so it can be used by the intestines and cycled into the blood stream. Smoking is nearly instant nutrition. Yall are all regular marywanna smokers right? If so, thats your main source of nutrition everything else is secondary. If not disregard. If you smokin the marywanna regularly, it aint the veggies, the plants, the fruit, or the oranges providing you with nutrients its the distilled marywanna injected directly into your bloodstream thru smokin.

This explains the "Euro" type faces of some East African & other North Africans tribes that herd cattle. Look them up, their complexion is a rosie black as well which is due to the milk drinking. I didn't see the whole stream, I apologize if this angle was already brought up

Ethiopians barely eat meat and have the fullest foreheads of all africans… but their cuisine is usually vegan naturally cuz they tend to avoid dairy and see the cow as a symbol of Colonization. They also fared the best against colonial invaders and have pretty high IQ’s.

If lectins (tomato defense chemicals) which are present in the skin and seeds of the tomato are an issue, which seems to be a real possibility, you would need to peel and seed your tomatoes in order to comfortably eat them, and there is not much left of a cherry tomato after peeling and seeding lol. Maybe why old school cooks making tomato sauce (gravy my old Italian neighbors call it) with peeled and seeded tomatoes.

Yes Fish, lamb, and GODS perfect super nutrient BEEF. Grass fed Pasteur raised Beef is about the only food on earth one could not only survive but thrive on as most fish does not have much or any creatine for brain, gut, and muscle structure which is king for longevity. If meat was so bad then why are 10+ year carnivores blood work so impeccable?! I'm not carnivore but rather am meat based. Pasteur raised meats, bone broths, wild caught fish (caught and cleaned myself) and very minimal amounts of veggies mainly squashes and things like asparagus and brussel sprouts, etc. I do eat a lot of fruit when I'm very active and find virtually no negatives in fruits. I ferment a lot of the veggies I eat which unlocks nutrients and minimizes lectins and other plants defense systems that are meant to attack its eaters digestion system. Love these guys but not really that deep into nutrition. But to each his own. I am into being athletic into my old ages and meat is the way to go for that in the thousands of hours of research and testing on myself and others. That said I'm still listening as I'm always open to learn something. 🤷🏼
