Tuition is minimum 45-50k for 2 year diplomas whereas you can go for masters to ireland for just 12k -20k euros (18-30k canadian dollars) and masters completes in 1 year as well. 12k for a college where 20k is for university like Trinity/UCD in Dublin. Even better to go to Germany and get free education and rent is far cheaper than Canada
