- For the recipe you will need:
1 rack of pork boneless or bone-in.
Rub of your choice, I use Malcom's Grande Gringo Mexican Seasoning
1 Arugula
2 kg of firm-fleshed potatoes (pre-cooked)
2 large onions
2 long peppers
3 or 4 green onions
Olive oil
For the dressing:
1 Tbsp of mustard
1/4 - 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 - 1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
If the double wall retains more heat and burns less pellets. Will that mean lower smoke flavor because less pellets used?
No it's the opposite because of the pressurized cooking system.
Is this the best bang for you buck with Louisiana grills? Or would you suggest another one?
Definitely yes! This grill is fantastic
Where did you get the cast iron insert? I can not find it anywhere! 😢
It's not available as a spare part. It's included in the Legacy serie only.
Just got one.
Do they have a ceramic igniter?
Yes they do
hOW DO YOU CLEAN OUT THE ASH TREY?
I remove the grates and the deflector and I vacuum the ashes
Your poor going has to be 145° for a pork loin has no bone in it 167 168 is way too high it’ll be dry
That's What I say. I say 67° in the video. It's in Celcius, not F !. 67°C = 152°F
