    Posture improves when you exercise regularly; yet still a challenge with Smartphones, tablets and working on computer all day. Color quiz was spot on with the colors I already use.

    I have watched a number of your videos and think that you made a very smart choice in your hairstyle. It suits you so well and definitely looks more stylish and adds more class than your previous longer hairstyle..as you yourself have mentioned. I also love the jewellery and other ways you pool items together to create very classy looks. However, I don’t care for the longer jackets on you. I don’t know how tall you are but I feel they make you look short and that you are wearing clothing two sizes too big. I know oversized jackets are a trend but don’t feel they flatter your figure. I feel the shorter or hip length jacket looks much smarter on you. Just my opinion. ❤

    Thanks, Diana. I love your videos. In this one, your advice about posture is so spot on. I've been using an Upright Go, and if you struggle with maintaining good posture, I recommend it. I got mine from Amazon. Basically it's a small device with an app that you stick between your shoulder blades. When you start to slump, it gives you a little vibration to self-correct. You program it yourself with the app, and it's very easy. I don't work for them and I'm not an affiliate. Just wanted to pass on this tip. Thank you!

    Traditional tailoring sets the shoulder seam at no more than 1/2” outside of the natural shoulder line break. Even a slightly wider shoulder can restrict arm mobility, make the garment too wide under the armscye, and doesn’t look good.

    These were great tips. However, I would certainly add nutrition and dental care. They are some of the hardest to keep up with these days yet they make a lasting impression on your personal quality and value. Without proper nutrition, quite frankly, none of the rest of this matters.

    Your videos are excellent! Very helpful! I am confused about one suggestion. I thought that if you are low contrast hair, skin, etc. that you are supposed to wear low contrast colors. You aren’t supposed to wear black and white since they are high contrast.

    • @dianagoss
      @dianagoss  Рік тому

      Well ideally soft contrasts look better in soft colour combinations, however if you like black (as I do😊) the only way to pull it together is to add lighter accents to it. And I choose not the crisp white but off white which is much softer and suits my natural colouring.

    • @glendahannings6066

      @@dianagoss I really appreciate your response. That makes sense to me. I have a cool undertone so I thought I had to stick with crisp white but since seeing your videos, I have been trying off white and it looks fine on me too. I love the lighter colors around my face. You are so helpful!!!!

    Unlike some other language families, IE languages, including English, require articles. You need an article in front of “bag,” either “a bag” or “the bag”. My or your bag is fine, too. Just “bag is” is incorrect. Or you could use the plural, bags, as in “bags are really important to our outfits”. I apologize for correcting your English, but it is so close to perfect already that I can’t resist pointing out the small improvements that you could make.🙂

    • @dianagoss
      @dianagoss  Рік тому +1

      Do you mean when I speak or when it’s written. With written I know that you can drop the article. Anyway thank you for correcting! It’s obviously not my mother tongue so there’s always room to improve 😊

    You are saying badge in English, not beige. Beige is pronounced like bayjz, so if you say bay and the French g ( jz) you’ve got it. It rhymes with our English sage - sayjz, or gauge - gayjz. It’s not exactly the same as the French -ei sound, but it’s definitely not the -a in cat, as you’re saying it.🙂
