What else do you expect? More than 99 % of Indian students in Canada are not serious students and below average. Smartest students from India still go to US for their tech education, even if it takes 100 years to get the green card. My cousin completed his Bachelor's in computer science from IIT Bombay and he went to University of Texas, Austin for direct PhD which is fully funded. He gets 100 % tuition scholarship, monthly stipend to do research from research project while in Canada you pay all tuition from your pocket. Even funded admits are joke in Canada.

In the first place, Canada never invited international students. Hopes were given by Indian agents in India. Secondly, international students were never promised a PR, so don't blame the government Mr. PATEL. Most of the international students come here to do blue collar jobs, which are meant for high school children of Canadian citizens.
Canada do invite international student. How Canadian universities have this type of high ranking it is impossible without international students. How come people don’t protest in USA when they run out on work visa or study visa? why international students are taking Canada for granted that they will get PR after studies??

The quality of education in USA and UK is better. But in case of Canada it's doubtful. So what is the only positive benefit which Canada indirectly offered to international students
Because Canadian government advertised themselves as PR heaven. They showed clear pathways, where people can come as students, work hard and, get a job, showing government that they are qualified enough to be a resident of this place. Many people worked hard, followed all the legal processes, proved the government that they are more qualified that average Canadian and then, government gave them PR and Citizenship.
After Covid Canada needed more money so their own elected government abused this process to get more money into the country. This stabilised their economy for a while but when it goes to ruin the citizens showed their racism in disguise of nationalism and blamed everything on students. The government has to side with it's vote bank and here we are now. Canada needed money so they over promised and under delivered.
Because Canada importes the worst of Indians, anybody is able get a student visa easily. Regardless if you speak English or not

Without doing any part time. Students are allowed to work part time so obviously they will find work to do. If you don’t want the students to work the government would have mentioned on the permit but that’s not the case. Only thing government did wrong is that they brought many people.

They are angry because their high school kids can’t get summer jobs. And the reason that locals are not getting service jobs is because the fast food sector is wrought with LMIA fraud, wage theft, and illegal activities that take advantage of people who don’t know their rights/are desperate for PR. We must accept this because it is happening, we all know it. When you have such a huge influx of people from India, it starts to strain the public infrastructure, and social fabric of communities. If people from Pakistan moved to Gujarat or Hyderabad en mass you would be singing the same tune. Let’s try and understand their perspective, it will be beneficial to us instead of pointing fingers. It’s not the students faults entirely, but the protest is futile. FYI, most Canadians think Max Bernier is an idiot. Let’s not give them a reason to start liking him.
The reason international students are hired is because government pays 10k every year to hire a newcomer, not because they are more talented or hardworking . The common citizens are starting to realize this.

We came here because we wanted to, Canada doesn’t owe us anything. We don’t have any rights to tell them to change their rules. These students protesting should rather go and protest in front of the consultants offices in India who promised them all sorts of false dreams. People who are contributing to the Canadian economy are still getting PR. Why should Canada give PR to these students who don’t offer much back to the country? Its not a charity service!

About locals not getting jobs, the better skills thing is a flawed argument. Look back at your home state of Gujarat. Most labour work is done by people from eastern states like Bihar. Canada has, for decades, been in the top 10 of least racist and safest countries on planet Earth. Plus prosperous. Now there is a new negative spin that most Canadians do NOT deserve to a high degree. People must look at both sides.
Since 2020, international students have been flocking to a educational system that many Canadians now feel was used by many of them as a loophole-to-immigration. Students utilizing schooling as a back-door (not front-door) ticket to living in Canada. Swarming a 50+ year tradition/system that was not not NOT designed to be about EVERY international student INSISTING on receiving Permanent Residency. Plus it was not designed to be primarily about students insisting on lengthy work permits (& spouse permits etc.). Canadians have clued in that Canada's post secondary education system has (in 5 years time) turned into what many are now jokingly calling EDUGRATION (an extreme not approved by everyday Canadians).
What about Ghost Consulting that Canada told India to halt? Canadians want the $ greedy agents in other countries to stop marketing & lying to their own people about access to PR or citizenship … or accommodation/jobs … in places like Canada being relatively easy (to get). And for any people living in western countries to be ashamed of themselves if they're getting greedy too. Anyone doing things to make $ off of people's PR desires. At best, there is a 20% chance of gaining PR (better odds if you are health, trades, highly-needed-skills).
What about all the YT videos that primarily Indian nationals have posted (for half a decade now including today) all advertising Canadian PR like they're selling a product? Advertising visas & permits too (all with the goal of staying in Canada). Videos not only posted hourly but also not in English or French. With very rare input from Canadian-born citizens.
Are most international students truly scholars who came to Canada with enough $ to support themselves while STUDYING? Or economic migrants, who borrowed $ to buy their way closer to the head of the immigration line? To say all the students or their consultants back home have not been at times 'gaming' Canada's education programs to gain western PR or $ is ridiculous. Students have contributed to Canada's housing CRISIS because 98% conspire-to-outstay a temporary permit. This didn't exist 5 years ago.
What about the IELTS spouses? Anchor babies? Fraud? False asylum claims? What about Canadian food banks & other charity services being recklessly advertised on YT in Indian languages? What about Canadian housing being scooped up en-mass as investment vehicles by/for internationals? Home rental/boarding signs stating "vegetarians only can apply". Indian nationals buying local businesses then putting Indians only in key positions (while also drastically changing work practices that include working more hours for less money). Plus BC & Ontario are outlawing the Caste System.
Then throw in the Sikh vs Hindu violence/extortions across Canada. Diasporas stirring up tribal hatreds (in Canada) … even though it all stems from their ancestral home. How can peace be found anywhere with this in play? Plus the Canadian government recently launched investigations in regards to foreign interference in Canadian elections, stemming from Asia continent. Canada also had to end flagpoling at the border because of international students.
In recent years, Canadians everyday are having to worry about their automobile being stolen by auto theft rings. For just one small example of what Canadians see regarding this, research; "arrests in connection with $9.24M Toronto-area auto theft ring".
Canadians are so so so not used to all this. So many, who have embraced multi-culturalism and immigration for decades are now VERY worried and fearful. All are praying it doesn't turn into great anger. Canadians want multi-culturism to succeed and for all people (including immigrants) to be okay. Everyone I know is VERY happy with IRCC's recent changes (reductions & multifaceted investigations etc.). Including multi-generational long-term Asian Canadians MOST upset (by all of this).
Canadians are aware that some great students are going through hell. And know Canada is partially to blame which is awful. But Canada decides what needs to be done in Canada. Do you see Canadians protesting in other countries (that is not their own) making demands for themselves? No. Do Canadians now see primarily Indians protesting in Canada making demands? Yes. Protesting because they don't have the credentials to stay in Canada. And because rules designed to protect CANADA are not meeting their desires/demands. And why isn't there large crowds of African or Caribbean or Filipino or Chinese or Mexican etc., students protesting & waving their flags? They're in Canada too.
Canada didn't have numerous PRIVATE 'diploma mills' until 40% of international students were from India. Coincidence? Mills that Canada is shutting down. AND the bulk of them are near Brampton Ontario and Surrey B.C.. Coincidence?
If 36,000,000 Canadians travelled to India, since 2020, with the goal of being able to stay there permanently, that would raise India's population by 2.65%. Recent asylum seekers crossing into Canada… and especially international students... have raised Canada's population higher than 2.65%. More needing healthcare too (affecting waiting times etc.).
Did international students and their families pay into Canadian taxes ALL their lives like domestic students have (earning cheaper tuition fees)? No.
Did Canada force internationals to move to Canada as a STUDENT? No.
Did Canada promise/guarantee PR? Or a job? No & no.
Yet do they blame Canada when they can't get PR???

We did NOT invite people. So many of these indian students are scamming and cheating their way in. An HR worker from one school that has very high indian populatoin did an interveiw and she said all the indian students have very good grades on their english tests when tehy apply for the school, but then when they come here, they need a translator because they cannot speak english at all. They are cheating and being tricked by the immigration agents in india

Mr. Patel i would like to say something about young canadians who can't get job. this is happening here in east coast just because their teenager kids need a job to support themselves when they get 15-16 years old. and at this age food industry and retail jobs are the primary employment to get your foot in the door. so, i personally believe that every international student who decides to study or work in a specific province . they should do their research. Matter of fact this is happening just because population of whole P.E.I. is less than 150000 people how can you expect to get a pr with such a low population and opportunities. this happened even in yukon this year. they stopped their pnp program because they got too many applications. in P.E.I. they stopped giving PNP endorsements to hospitality and retail positions. PR is still possible for those who have some in demanding skills like healthcare , construction etc. please get some skills . base level jobs aren't enough to get pr nowadays. just a sad reality unfortunately.

When someone applies for a temporary residence they have to show to the visa officer that they intent to leave the country once their business/work is completed.
You’re going to the U.S. on an E2 visa for example you must show that you’re intending to leave at the conclusion of your business, once the visa is up you need to leave simple. You apply for an extension and if it is approved great , if it isn’t approved guess what ? You have to leave. You can stage a protest and demand the USCIS to extend your visa, but well doing that means you had lied on about your intentions and that would be probable cause for ICE to start taking a closer look at you.

Student visas r non immigrant visas. That means once you complete your studies you have the option to apply for work visa temporarily to gain some experience... and yet graduates fail to secure relevant jobs and end up working minimum wage jobs... If u want to immigrate apply for Canada's Express Entry or Canada's Skilled Immigrant Visa that grants you residency once you qualify on the spot... Stop exploiting student visas to get a PR.... You had promised the government of Canada (in your SOP) to return back to India when u graduated... and now all of a sudden, a change of plan? Do appreciate a lot of information you share on your channel, but unfortunately this is not the right way.
No one promised you for PR. also yourself has written that after study i will go back to my country. that is what they are doing.

Yeah, there should be a proper procedure to ensure locals get preference for all jobs. Like companies need to prove they couldn't find local (pr/citizen) employees for months and then put forward an international student for approval. Then government needs to check and confirm and only then international student gets hired. And in that time if a local complains that the employer was lying about lack of local candidates, they get fined heavily.
95% student Come to Canada because of these diploma mills with useless coures , if your that qualified go do your undergraduate or masters and to get a red seal in trades it take 4 years and isn't that easy to do .. they just want the easy route to get a pr .. talk in English if you want to prove your point so other community can understand..

Why is it only the Indian protesting? Canadian government didn't promise PR. Canada promised education you need to study get your experience and leave if canada doesnt need you. Not protest your way to PR. We need educated people cream of the crop not bottom of the barrel trash doing odd jobs. As for contribution to the economy your GIC and tution is a drop in the ocean. Citizen of canada pay taxes for free health care, roads , transit, ect ......for decades. You paying for YOUR education for 2 years helps but dont act like canada is running on your GIC or tuition dollars. Lastly Studying in Canada is a privilege not a right. If you cant afford to study dont come simple as that. Don't put yourself and yoyr loved ones through hardship.
