Excellent presentation, thank you. Today is Christmas Day and we got a boneless turkey breast. My wife and I love to cook and experiment. We are going to follow this exactly as presented. But, we are going to use oyster dressing/stuffing. 😋 Thank you again.
This was awesome! I am going to try the cheesecloth wrap! Making a TB with Polenta stuffing and an amazing mole sauce from a nearby fave taqueria. Can't wait! Happy Thanksgiving to anyone who discovers this video for 2018!
Dear Chef Thomas ! Think You for the revolutionary presentation of how to prepare the Thanksgiving Turkey ! Have a Nice Thanksgiving Day to You !👍 👏 🌹 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 💞 ❕
The methodology and execution is just magnificent! I may try this with pork loin, flank steak, chicken, a large grouper filet, or maybe even turkey. Thank you Mr. Joseph!
Since the cook time of chicken is ca. 45 min. I would give it something around that time. As for the stuffing, a simple google search for "Chicken stuffing" would do the trick.
Could we replace the water with some concoction of herbs (say rosemary and thyme) and white wine? Also would adding some garlic and/or lemon be a good idea?
Why on earth would you post this less than 48 hours before Thanksgiving, when it's way too late to plan any of this? This video would've been helpful two weeks ago.
Likely it was the best they could do, if the usual staff took vacation days, leaving the remaining staff cramming to finish editing and overworked as a result. This happened yearly at one job I had years ago.
That meat looks bone dry, forget the cheese cloth cover the roasting tin in foil for all but the last 30 minutes and you may be left with something that doesn't resemble shoe leather 🤔
I just made this and it came out PERFECTLY! The directions were very clear and I followed the directions to a T. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
Fantastic Thomas! I'm giving this method for my christmas turkey dinner! 👍👍👍👍

could i do something similar with a chicken butterfly? how much time would that take in the oven? and tips for other types of stuffing?? :)
Since the cook time of chicken is ca. 45 min. I would give it something around that time. As for the stuffing, a simple google search for "Chicken stuffing" would do the trick.
Looks so delicious!Thanks for tips!
Thank you Thomas. Can i make this w/out stuffing? For gravy can i use the drippings?
Just pass the cheesecloth around for people to suck on....
what if you put in roasting pan with some liquid and foil over and take off to top brown the last 10 mins is one way better than another? Thoughts?
It needs some sort of liquid because that thing looks as dry as the Sahara Desert.
Could we replace the water with some concoction of herbs (say rosemary and thyme) and white wine? Also would adding some garlic and/or lemon be a good idea?
Awesome!!! I thought you were removing the skin altogether, I was like NOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!
The only conundrum I have is that we're not married together. Great vid, Thomas - as always!
I just watched Martha Stewart do this same exact recipe
Can I use instant stuffing?
Must you stuff the inside?
mmmm lov it
Yummy! 😋
Is there any other way of cooking it without the cheese cloth?
I wrap mine in bacon!! No cloth needed 😉
Removing the skin at the start makes me think: Silence Of The Lambs Turkey
he is so cute
Anyone prepped this and put it in the fridge to oven it the next day?
Could you please translate this videos to arbic
Why is the microphone quality so shitty?
Gravey, pardon!
