idli dhokla recipe | instant dhokla in idli stand | idli khaman with detailed photo and video recipe. a unique combination of a south indian cuisine recipe with the popular variant from western indian gujurati cuisine. basically it has the same shape and texture of idli recipe, but made with the besan or dhokla batter. it can be an ideal morning breakfast recipe, which can be made within minutes.

Salt 1/2 tsp
Mix well

Fermented batter ka dhokla isse 100 times better taste karta hai. Seriously, do try at home. Handva bhi banana sakte ho fermented batter se, maine recipe daali hai uski
