Een Amsterdamse band in een Tilburgs programma?! Schandalig zou je zeggen, maar Temple Fang had niet bestaan zonder Tilburg. De leden gaan al sinds 2005 zo’n beetje ieder jaar naar Roadburn, een festival dat de blauwdruk legde voor hun sound. Het is een geweldige psychedelische hardrockband met uitgesponnen nummers (maar denk niet dat ze aan het jammen zijn, het zijn wel degelijk composities!).
In de achtdelige serie Muziekstad trekt Eva Koreman door het land, op zoek naar de beste muziek. Van Rotterdam tot Eindhoven, van Tilburg tot Zwolle: elke zaterdag staat één stad centraal, waar drie artiesten of bands zich laten horen en zien.
Muziekstad is wekelijks op zaterdag om 23.00 uur op NPO 3 te zien.
