what's crazy is, Maxey is going to get even more skilled...in terms of controlling the game at will. he's also in incredible shape, which allows him to focus, hustle and make solid plays on both ends down the stretch when it counts. you can build around him as a GM. All he has to do is throw his body into the defender and fall down when his shot isnt dropping. He isn't Carrying new york, new york is carrying him. Maxey has to hit his shots and get thrown into the 3rd row of the stands to get a righteous foul call. Matter of fact, the refs try to count 30 foot 3s as 2 pointers and count him out of bounds any time he is close to the baseline. Even with all these advantages Maxey is still the best player in the series and it's not even close. Brunson is a Adam silver creation to get new york money stirring on the NBA economy. Economics and storylines is the tale of this series
Brunson play like trea young jumping backwards into defenders for fouls meanwhile Maxey is mugged damn near ever time he drives to the basket but get no calls

I'll agree with you if you agree that Thibs stole game 2. Knicks had no business winning game 2. So this is payback..this game was even clean compared to referees not calling fouls as they should have.

What you hate is inconsistency, and calls or lack of calls in crunch time and end game situations. All these games have come down to the last minutes and second. NY is a better team/defense n grit...but Philly has better skilled players..but it wouldn't shock me if 76ers won or NY pulled it off.
