Hi !! Practicing Hojo, could you tell me where these kenshis come from please? Which university or which dojo please?
Their style is really different than in Kokushikan for example !!

It's from police system, I guess. Since one of the master who perform the kata is Kendo 8th Dan from police department.

It's not kendo. They're performing some katas from Kashima Shinden Jikishinkage-ryu. A koryu school which had some influence on the modern Kendo.
