Cedric i have watched you with ya sister at her grad with ya bro and you in Alaska and in la for the day and in the WC giving in-flight training tips wtf you riding ya bike with ya bestie kodi around Brisbane and listen to ya roomie sing in ya old bedroom and you leave home and all around you doing ya training but the thing that stays with me is you at that gym place where you are throwing a ball at the wall over and over it was that that made me see the discipline needed to achieve your goal or for anyone to achieve there aims or dream and i thank you as i now understand how i can achieve my goal it means throwing that ball metaciously over and over till it is second nature thanks for the last year and for the inspiration ..you have achieved a goal know it is time for a new goal and its coloured gold

hey I've always been wondering how the season works for pros in australia since the main athletics season is during your winter and I can't imagine you doing competitons all year through because that would just burn you out? So what are you doing between now and the olympics? congrats by the way
I'd assume he'd just enter events in individual events. He might do 110 hurdles long jump and high jump one weekend and throws the next at another competition
+sebozzie1995 I usually do around 3 Decathlons a year with a couple months between them. My next one will be Rio so until then I just go back into some hard work, keep building and then i'll sharpen up again for the comp
