You have the rare ability to make stuff not look like a woodworker made it... The office looks incredible and blends well with the vibe of the rest of the house. Also, wow you can manage that solid wood benchtop on your own 💪💪
I feel like you could do more than just plans with the rotating bookshelf. That seems like something a lot of people would like (especially if it could be flat packed... I think foureyesfurniture has experience with that commercial model)
Kudos for repurposing and thrifting the components where possible. It's so refreshing that a $4K slab of this or that wasn't needed to provide a perfectly functional and unique desk.
I very much look forward to more detailed build videos. From this one, I have an idea, but I’d be guessing regarding some aspects. The new office is really a beautiful place to work, write letters and surf the internet.
OMG great timing on this video. I am looking to overhaul my home office as well. Although I’m not crazy about the “modern” designs I’ve seen so far. I was actually looking at doing a similar desk using butcher block top over two file drawers where I can spread out my 18” x 24” drawing plots for review. I’m still trying to work through my actual work desk. Where do you hide your router, modem, printers, etc.? Do you answer questions through your website instead of YT? Do you provide consulting services?
I think it all looks great but I personally don't need to see the build videos. That's being said, there are a lot of people that do want to see them, though. Bill

Lazy susan bookshelf is SUCH a cool idea!!
Very sofisticated and good taste
Thanks a lot 😊
The painted Wall Outlet is a really nice idea and makes it almost disappear!
To me it makes it stand out like a sore thumb. I would never be able to live with that.
I think it's funny how a minimalist few touches can transform a kinda boring/mundane office into a beautiful place. Great job!!!
