I'm sure that helps with the mud! The pop of green is so pretty! As for covering the blocks, etc. I use long skinny planters at the base of things like that. Blessings from West Texas!!
What about making a trellis with irrigation tubing for the entrance. You can place smaller pots around to hide the lifted wood. You can use a flower pot upside down to lift the entrance plants instead of the tiles. Use the tile in muddy places. As always, thanks for sharing and motivating me to do better gardening.
